So the front was lowered 4 inches correct?

In the end it was probably around 3.5” being 2.5” drop spindle and then we cut 1 coil off the factory spring and put those in because the 2” drop springs were too low and the tyres hit the wheel wells.

Great content on the C10 - subbed just for that! Real similar ride height to my Suburban, although I think yours is slightly lower, maybe an inch or two. About as low as you can get without c-notching

Was definitely trying to avoid c-notching it until it gets bagged. Still need to cut the bump stop brackets off to give me a little more suspension travel but its working well for now.

Beginning part of 1980 the headlights were round. My 1980 c10 has round lights. Super nice truck you have there

from what i understand its an option code V22 for 1980 only and mine is actually a late 79 build. I honestly prefer round eyes and may potentially change it later down the track, but for now it stays.

Congrats mate, what kind of Jap wheels are you going to put on it ;) Depending how far away the LS swap is, Holley EFI in the meantime? You've watched Zac's build from Hoonigan right? And as for the LS Swap, you've seen the skidfactory LS swap into the Nova? Mock up SBC looking LS. Mint.

I wish emits came in 22s but maybe a double step lip 🤔 Yeah I’ve looked into the EFI setup but for $2800aud I’d rather put that towards an LS swap. If it was around $1000 I’d probably consider it. Absolutely, old school covers, manifold and air cleaner, remote mount the coils etc. make it appear old school but all new stuff.

Hey I’m just starting my own bussiness, and I’m so undecided on what to buy for my first wrap. I want to wrap my car, Audi A3 Sline. 8p. I’m struggling working out my maths here, would you recommend 20 meters or more? As I’ve used a calculator etc online. I’m yet to measure the car. Hey there, iam watching for a gloss white wrapping film on my mercedes coupe. What do you think with wich manufacturer i should go? (kpmf, oracal, avery) ? preferably a film with as little orange peel as possible and lots of gloss.

@@TorqueMediaau Yes, I've heard of inozetek, but I'm afraid that the film won't last that long on my car because it's just outside and not in a garage

@@Luis-bo3iv I believe most are only guaranteed for 3 years outside in the Australian sun these days. Coating it in halo will help in keep contamination off and therefore allowing it to stay clean longer but the sun will still beat on it
