Solidworks moves the spring dynamically in real time. Creo is awful for things like this and soooo time consuming. Where is the update?

Good morning ! Thank you again for your incredible tutorial, it’s always something that’s very useful (I work at Schneider Electric as a designer). I wanted to know if you were able to make a tutorial to successfully do what is in this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q6isqH53nMZnatU I find that unlike solidworks, without your channel there is very little tutorial and even less concerning mechanical movements/animations for conveyors, pick and place and 6-axis robots. Currently I am working on a project with a Staübli TX2 90 XL and I would need to make an animation on CREO of the robot which takes products from a conveyor to do pick and place. If you do the tutorial you will save me! Thanks in advance

On some surfaces the draft is missing. Also, using splines is not a great idea because a lot of flexes arise along the profile of the geometries to be extruded.

Hello, what could be the reason then some model dimensions could not been shown in drawing? I have a dim from plane to plane, an extrusion depth, and others than can't be called to been shown in drawing in any view
@4kside4 ай бұрын
Thanks for your question...In reality...all dimensions from model are driven dimensions and has to be visible in the drawing. Select feature in the model tree and use Right mouse button > Shiw annotation in the view and select view....this process has to work...I never met, that is nit possible to show dim in the view. Please feel free to send me your model and drawing and I will try it Bye, Vladimir

Hii, can you tell me that how to calculate the net load of any mechanism which contains the springs?
@4kside5 ай бұрын
Here is the theory (I do not have experiences in this, sorry) Calculating the net load for a mechanism in Creo containing a spring involves determining the forces acting on the mechanism and considering the force exerted by the spring. Here's a general process: 1. **Analyze the mechanism:** Understand the geometry and kinematics of the mechanism in Creo. 2. **Identify external loads:** Determine the external loads acting on the mechanism, such as applied forces or torques. 3. **Consider the spring force:** Determine the force exerted by the spring based on its stiffness (spring constant) and the displacement of the mechanism from its equilibrium position. 4. **Sum forces:** Sum up all the external loads and the force exerted by the spring to get the net load acting on the mechanism. 5. **Check equilibrium:** Ensure that the net load calculated satisfies the equilibrium conditions for the mechanism. 6. **Implement in Creo:** Utilize Creo's simulation or analysis tools to input the calculated loads and analyze the mechanism's behavior. Remember to consider factors like friction, inertia, and any constraints in the mechanism that may affect the calculation.
@D.I.Y-Home5 ай бұрын
@@4kside actually i am doing this in the mechanism which contains one torsion and one compression spring, but when i am calculating the net load on the rotation Axis ,its only showing the torsion spring torque
