The first part of Valentine's theme *IS* the Star Spangled Banner, but just the main melody and (I think) in a minor key instead of a major one. Tooru's name is pronounced "tore-ooh" , 'ooh' as in "Ooh that's nice" The second one with Tooru pictured is probably not really for Tooru himself but for the other guy, 'Wonder of U' , who is very strange and very powerful. He's named after the Elvis song 'The Wonder of You' Visually Wonder of U is supposed to resemble the 'hat man shadow person' that many people have reported seeing. Just do an image search for 'hat man shadow' and then 'wonder of u' and you'll see what I mean

fun fact. Funny Valentine is actually the 23rd president of USA in jojo... this is so cool to me. Also these themes you heard today are all fan made because part 7 and 8 are only manga for now, but they are so well done that are considered canon by the community. Oh yeah, Wonder of U, that black dude with hat, is probably one of the strongest character in all fiction. It's an old video. Many of the "themes" are compiled themes because villains tend to have a lot of theme OSTs. Because it's old, Pucci's theme is bad quality because it's ripped from the show and edited before the official was released to the public.
