I'm trying my hand at stickers for the first time. Cricut design space will not let me put an offset around the designs. What am I doing wrong? Are there some designs that cannot have an offset? I am not sure if it is my design space or not since I just did an update on it number 8.49.58. Help

@@magsbain8143 you wouldn’t use design space. Just set up the print in any program like word and then your printer would need to be able to handle the envelope size

@@sweetmimisestscha all the machines run on the same software so all my videos will work for whatever you want to make. I would choose one of the videos for a project you like and then master than project. Then move to another one. In a couple videos you should have enough skills mastered to make something on your own.

If you were going to do these for a car, you'd want to put them on the inside of the window, correct? Which means on a typical SUV with tint most of the way around, they will be difficult to see?

I can’t use a regular print then cut cuz then people behind me would see the back of the sticker. I need to figure out how to print on the cling film so that what people would see is the front of the sticker. Does that make sense? Thoughts @corinneblackstone?

No. Off mat cutting needs to have some kind of backing to hold items in place. Cardstock wouldn’t work because the pieces would fall off and get damaged

Guides were traditionally blue, because blue didn’t show up on negative for print. Guide lines marked the edge of a design or could mark placement for text or images. I still have a non-photo blue pencil. Can you also drag guide lines from the ruler? That’s a standard feature for layout and design software.

FYI: The color of your floor is better than the color of my floor because it won't show all the dirt, dog hair, cat hair etc. We wend with a light color. Sweep up at least one to two "animals worth of fur" daily
