@@[email protected] I used to be very depressed, and I compared myself to my friends who are in a relationship. I also cried at night and asked God why I was like this. My relatives and friends, especially older people, kept asking me why I was still single and that I needed to be married by now as if it were easy to be in one. I'm so glad my parents were not like the traditional Filipino parents who would force their children to get married. They're very chill. Now, I give it all to God. Whatever happens, happens. I don't force myself to be in a relationship that I don't want to be in and settle down because the world told me to do so. You don't NEED a man to be complete. You are complete enough; a boyfriend is just an addition to your happiness or a cherry on top.

I'm the same way When you are alone there's alot of self reflection and thought going on between just you and yourself. Large groups of people can not only overwhelm my thoughts but also disturb my inner peace of mind altogether.
