I’m American and this is one of my favorite shows of all time. The set, actors , everything is perfect. Storyline could have been longer and I would have been happier. When it ended my heart cried. Long live the palace 🌎❤️

吴谨言 撑起了这部戏。不知道她为什么没有再和惠楷栋导演合作。好演员也需要好导演的扶持。才会相应生辉。延禧攻略就是例证。

You know what guys, chinese drama production are very creative... the camera angles, the visual effects and those artificial rains and drone , slider and camera crane shots, horseback riding shots- they make efforts on that esp. if there is a War Scene in some Wuxia drama, luckily this Yanxi Palace are more on Palace scene but look how the production is making so much effort on how to make a very good shots. all of the camera are not shaking when u watch it on the real drama video... hands up to the production of all chinese HISTORICAL drAma. they're all great. -

For me the "STORY OF YANXI PALACE" is still MY number 1 on the list of all the countless Chinese historical dramas I have seen. I love so many historical c/dramas BUT none has beat "STORY OF YANXI PALACE".

What about empresses in the palace 😭 i think i can safely say that most chinese people would choose that show over any other palace dramas (dont get me wrong, i LOVE yanxi palace)

@@meliamedaverman3558 it's about a girl who was selected to become a concubine. After becoming a concubine she fell in love with the emperor only to realise that she's a substitute for his first true love- any more and it'll spoil the show 😂 it's set in the qing dynasty too
