Over time spacing out shampoo longer and eventually now i only have to wash my hair once a week or week and a half and i use to have greasy hair in a day but i let my natural oils regulate itself to less washes and i very much appreciate washing my hair less. Its to my tail bone now. I highly suggest braids for anyone with long hair, protect ur hair with braids or even a bonnet and stretch out washes and one less thing to worry about in a flare. If ur in bed or laying down put on a hair bonnet, keep those locs from getting tangled or dirty and its not in ur way when lying down.

I dont stay in bed. But have my chair and sometimes on the couch. Recently stuffed a duvet to use as floor mattress and thats wonderful. Laying on floor mattress my youngest loves to come cuddle or brings his stuffies out while i rest on the floor mat.

Recognize that evil happened when they stopped treating pain anymore. For what? It used to be 30,000 people died of opioid deaths now it's 100,000. Nice job way to botch things up. And thank you US policy for synthetic Kush. Number one reason for liver transplant? It's not from booze or hepatitis. Number one reason cause of liver transplant . Too many people relying on Tylenol?

Aimee, so glad you got the scooter! I wanted one, but I’m not strong enough to pick it up to put in the car, so I opted for a 43lb foldable, electric wheelchair. I love it!!🥰

Try psilocybin mushrooms or LSD to treat depression. You need to get completely off of your antidepressant medication slowly over time before you can safely use psychedelics. Psychedelics can't be combined with an SSRI. Psilocybin improves interoception, and LSD improves exteroception.

So, what you do.... Go down to mexico, lose all your documentation, sneak across the border, go to the ER, give false info, and let everyone else foot the bill. Or, even better, just lie and say you dont have identification and lie about who you are, then let everyone else foot the bill. Its more expensive cause you are paying for everyone else. Its already socialism. EMTALA

I have such bad heat intolerance, too! It is like progressive. I am thinking of trying the Embr Wave 2 and it’s nice to hear what it’s like from someone who has several of the same chronic illnesses. We definitely have to team up on coming up with the best kits to survive. 😂 Thank you so much!!!

Hi Aimee, I noticed this video is 2 years old, I hope you’re doing much better today. You’re very young to have this dreaded fibromyalgia. I wonder if we will ever find out the real cause of fibromyalgia ? I think stress and trauma may have something to do with. Good luck to you, and all fibromyalgia sufferers out there, let’s all hope there’s a cure or understanding of this disease someday soon.

Thank you for this. Sometimes I feel like such a burden because a lot of times all I can do is “sit around”, hearing it from someone else as resting is helping change my mindset. I’m harder on myself than I would be to anyone in the world. Id never make anyone else feel bad for what we have to deal with and how we cope. I hope today was a low pain day for you ❤

H1 + H2 medicines might be an obvious answe shes already tried. Pepcid/zertec. Or something prescription like chromolyn sodium. If she's already gone that route, perhaps there might be something environmental like mold that's keeping her state of decline up. My girlfriend was eating nothing but potatoes and lettuce at one point, and we realized the apartment we were in was really affecting her. We moved to a sterile environment and her MCAS has improved tremendously.
