Upper cervical chiro is the best! I started in 1992 and it allowed everything in my body to work correctly and I had a ton more energy. i unfortunately stopped because I wanted to go overseas in mission work and thought I wouldn't be able to maintain this while overseas. That was a big mistake (to quit) because everything moved back to a bad position, and I lost all my energy. I went back to the mainstream medical and that was a big mistake too. Finally after trying nutrition and some other therapies I got my atlas positioned back correctly and things started to improve. It was a lot longer process getting back now because i allowed the misalignment to come back (when I quit). I get checked every few months now to maintain and am committed to it. I wish I had stuck with regular checks from the beginning but that was my journey over thirty years. I wish everyone had the atlas and axis aligned but you can see from people's posture that almost everyone is misaligned (possibly even from birth if forceps were used in delivery), and it affects their health in a negative way through the years.

Ive had pots symptoms since 2010. Unfortunately due to lufe circumstances i havent been able to get correctly diagnosed. Since 2018 i had it worse and in 2019 i was diagnosed with psychogenic non epileptic seizures. I woyld stand up or get really high hr and get so bad that i would start to decline. It would be brain fog then fatigue with lightheadedness then my body would shut down. I couldnt speak or move when i was in these catatonic state. About a year ago i saw a service animal video with infor about pots and it caught my attention. Im now trying to get on the path to diagnosis. I just got some compression socks that have made things a lot better with my fatigue (my most cripling symptom) and this is the first day that ive had enough energy to actually do things in quite some time. I did do a pmttt for some friends and it jumped at least 30bpm. Im waiting for the cardiologist appointment. Im curios about what it feels like when a pots person faints or psudo faints (my term for the presyncope) i think ive been having those episides without realizing it

Have you ever gotten a consultation and advice from a place called "Caring Medical" in Fort Myers, Florida?

I’ve been dealing with so many issues with my GI for years. I’ve done countless tests and no answers. I went for an MRI and got the results today and my gallbladder was 2-3x the size it should be and inflamed. I have a consultation with a surgeon next week but I’m so happy to know there’s an answer and hopefully an end in sight. I will always have issues with my celiac but glad some of it can get better. Also as someone with chronic nausea I know the difference. I can tell you exactly what’s wrong based on the type of nausea I have.

It's funny, I just got out of a hot bath as i was about to type this and got dizzy. Anyway, i haven't sought diagnosis - I just have low blood pressure and get dizzy when I stand up suddenly, especially during vigorous exercise. But it's very manageable as long as I consume plenty of salt and stay hydrated. Mine might just be orthostatic hypotension

One would think that with suffering so many chronic illnesses, you would put the camera down and do what youre supposed to do... you know... pacing... something you dont do. If you had ME/CFS, you sure as hell wouldnt be doing cleaning videos, filming yourself etc etc. Not to mention all the other diseases you say you have. Yet you then have children... and somehow do not get affected like an average ME/CFS sufferer would...not to mention all the other diseases you have. Sorry, but as a ME/CFS sufferer, i cant in all conscience believe or support your channel. Shame on you too for making light of a serious disease that can kill if the person is not pacing, or looking after themselves. Cleaning videos? Shopping videos? Seriously? I know several mothers who have ME/CFS and become bedridden after running around after children. But you dont seem to suffer that part.

I don't have chronic illnesses, but my mom does. And I totally understand what you're saying. We have been searching for ANYTHING that will work for over 10 years. Chronic fatigue is real and painful in its own right. You can't just "take" ibuprofen to make that go away. I usually don't know what to say besides "I am so sorry this is happening to you, it is not fair and I know it's hard" and explaining that my mom is in the same boat. I really feel for you guys and my heart goes out to you all❤

I also don't take electrolytes, I just take magnesium and potassium supplements, and drink lots of water, because of my high blood pressure. I do salt my food though.

I’d say living w/ 25 yrs compromised health THERE ARE NO GOOD DAYS!!! However, there are BETTER DAYS. Some days ARE better than others. The BEST thing I have done is purge 80+% of our belongings so far following Dawn w/ The Minimal Mom. A highly simplified home has made a noticeable difference in my MENTAL HEALTH. 13 dr, 30+ medications, multi procedures, I NOW focus on learning how to live w/ the pain, and had to let Hope die. Having hope was killing me. I’m doing so much better since.

In my case I tend to focus on POTS and say my circulation doesn't function properly, and so fatigue, dizziness, disability. I tend not to mention the other things that are more difficult to relate to, but at least they can understand that blood circulating properly is an important thing 🙂

Maybe we should ask the Doctor if they know or live with someone who has what you have. Maybe then we can see if they will understand your condition. They might not be a sufferer, but they might have a family member who is a sufferer. So we can see how sympathetic they maybe to us.

I have been facing these huge medical challenges for years.. It started one night on overnight shift I began vomiting intractably. I thought I had eaten something bad but after 2 days i relented and went to the ER. They gave me fluids, for dehydration, some anti-emettics and antibiotics, just in case, and sent me home.. It is hard to say what happened, the ER in a box did a poor workup so I went on. I was never the same. I had concentration issues that would come and go, fatigue beyond belief and I got ataxic when I stood, I felt drunk, all the time, so much so I quit drinking, a 40 year habit cold turkey and gave away all my booze collection. My gastro would cry GASTROPERESIS! On no evidence and blame my diabetes, A neurologist would add SMALL FIBER NEUROPATHY ( by biopsy) maybe with gastric inclusion. Case closed right? Fast forward 2 years and several bouts of this and a cardiologist discovered some major blockages in my LAD. After stent surgery, my system freaked, In the hospital, laying in bed, my bp failed to respond to medicine and went 200+/100+ as I began a week of vomiting recovery in the hospital to the songs of, "What do YOU think is happening" I had reported for months that my blood pressure was dropping when I stood, but it was ignored and standing to fast. What i am experiencing now . With my new heart stent, Now, I can really watch in Realtime as my heartrate spikes on standing plummeting my bp into the 100/60 from 200/100 leaving me vomiting. You may know gastroparesis is a Form of DYSAUTONOMIA, See a pattern? I have brought it to the attention of my neurologist, who I feel will have a response better than see you in 90 days

After heart stenting, They had me basically eliminate salt from my diet. That is when this last meltdown occurred.. Currently. O am not throwingup. But i have daily for the last month with few exceptions

Yes ! I mean, yeah, I have found things over the years that sometimes help, mostly don't. But I still look, I still try - because I still have chronic issues that cause chronic pain and chronic fatigue. I learned recently that chronic means forever. Not in a bad way. Just that it means adjusting your life so you can deal with your health in a way that best helps you. Can some things be healed ? Sure, eventually. I hope for everything to have a cure. But until there is a cure, I live with a good 6-7+ health issues that will be with me for the rest of my life - as they already have for most of my life.

I hear you. Also I've heard I create my own anxiety and that I can control my own panic attacks at will. I have stomache issues and I don't want to eat sometimes because of the pain after and those close to me think I'm acting anorexic sometimes or that I'm choosing to deny myself when really the pain hurts and it takes days to digest regular food. My ptsd is so scary and it's hard to leave the house. MOst people dont know how hard it is and how painful it is to heal the trauma and I'm a recovering alcohalic. 3 years in but it still hurts to feel all the things without the alcohal.

I usually say I have multiple chronic illnesses, or I’m disabled due to poor health. I think saying you’re legally disabled due to your illnesses can help them understand how serious it is and that it’s not a short term issue. If I’m talking about my ME/CFS-my biggest symptom is fatigue, I say I have severe ME/CFS. I do think saying you’re fatigued instead of tired is an important distinction because tired implies sleepy, fatigue implies a deep exhaustion. People may not see a difference, but I feel that saying fatigue is more of a medical term that isn’t used when casually talking.

Yes please try soil based probiotic combine with reduce sugar and carbs intake. I also still eat vegetable according to low fodmap. I still dont know if i have sibo, but the symptomp is aligned with sibo, i will take the test next week. However since i cannot stand the throat burn anymore (gerd), i go ahead with the diet and sbo probiotic. Thankfully, the symptom goes down, but not all gone. So please try that, i really hope that it will work for you.
