Can’t the Electicians get a jump on things by installing the plugs, switches and lights and then energize once you have power?

Tying in weeping tile to your downspout for drainage. Or weeping tile ( 4" corrugated pipe) for underground wiring.😊

Thanks for the informative video, I truly appreciate all the useful information!!! I’m in the process of buying land for the first time to build a two family home, my question is, when I see a land that fits my price and zoning requirements, what can I do online before driving 2 hours to walk the land to find out information about the land survey and perc test ?
@IsaacBuiltItАй бұрын
I’m glad that was helpful! I have another video showing what I do to verify if a lot is buildable. If you know that this lot will require a septic system, I would recommend finding a surveyor and a soil engineer that can provide you a survey and complete your perc test. This requires you to spend money up front, but unfortunately there isn’t a sure fire way to determine if a lot is buildable without having the perc test. kzbin.info/www/bejne/maauqoGJrrCsY5o

What is the purpose of foaming an interior wall with electrical wire penetrations???🤷🏽
@IsaacBuiltItАй бұрын
@@myronbelger4180 Great question! They only added the spray foam on the top and bottom plates since those holes penetrate through to a non-conditioned area. If it was a wire running from one stud to another, then it wouldn’t make sense to put the expanding foam.
