For sure, maybe not crash, but no increases for around 10 years. Good luck to attract 4.8 million new people (from 3 million now to 7.8million in few years). Achievable, yes, it is likely to be achieved? Absolutely not, I would give a chance of 10% achievable and 90% not. With the current supply coming, I expect definitely a big market correction. Lots of unused properties for loooooong time

Quite conveniently issues due to flight path wasn't mentioned in this video. There are several red zones in this island where the flight noise reaches very high decibel, posing a high risk to the investment.

Many people live in sharing units in Dubai. You can find 7 to 8 persons in one apartment. This adjusts the ratio of inhabitants in one unit in statistics. 4. The completion of a large number of off-plan projects in the years 2026 and 2027, which leads to an oversupply Actually you can see this oversupply in many areas in Dubai, e.g., check Expo Village residences, more than half of the community is empty and the ROI is only 4% of the units prices

Dubai property is regulated mkt, compared to mumbai property dxb is much cheaper and even studio flat comes with car parking facility.. in mumbai you rarerly gets Car parking facility and most of the people who i know car parks in the road side..

Violet one was higher than Verona and Natura So we got Violet 1 at a lower price than Violet 3 and Violet 4 We got corner unit bigger sized plot for 2.1 million In violet 3 we got it for 2.6 million the same unit
