Not gonna lie, l love this band- second only to seeing the original lineup doing this song (or any other from the 1970-1978). Love Alice’s top- full ozzy vol 4 style, and the keyboard which just puts the whole thing way over the top. And Emily’s tone, good god. “You’re the one who’s really the loser”

Hi Lucy. I stumbled on you’re page as I’m looking for info. When is the 2025 lineup announcement? I’m hoping to take my blind/autistic son to next years.
@lucystephenson32413 ай бұрын
Hi, Hope you are well. The line up is usually drip fed around December / January time. It's a fantastic festival and so accessible. As an autistic, and currently non verbal it is the only festival that I feel is safe for me to attend. The staff are 100 %. I think that you would both enjoy the experience 💙
@BryanSp3 ай бұрын
@@lucystephenson3241 thank you so much for the info. We actually went to download this year and have already booked that for next year but we are looking to go to more. We are actually in Scotland so it’s a bit of a jaunt to get to any as they are so far away 😂
@lucystephenson32413 ай бұрын
@@BryanSp I found Download way too overwhelming for me now. It's got way too big now. Bloodstock is okay, but I usually only do 1 day. Friday night and Saturday night are good for me at Stonedead Festival, however, other festivals are just too much for me despite coping strategies being deployed.
@BryanSp3 ай бұрын
@@lucystephenson3241 my boy handled it very well considering the size and state of the venue. I think having a lot of bands he loves helped with that. That was actually his first ever festival so I’m thinking if he can handle that he can handle pretty much anything 😂. It was my first festival in 24 years 😳.

I was at their debut show years ago, one of the absolute best performances I had ever heard OR seen, and told them as much on their Fb page {no doubt helped them sell a bunch of tickets}. He embodied everything about Manson, both visually and audibly, and the rest were awesome too. It's really too bad he left, as the new guy just pales in comparison, to the point I would no longer pay to see 'em perform, since it falls apart without Cameron for me.

A man's voice naturally gets deeper as he ages, until he goes through male menopause and then it starting getting higher again through the rest of his life. Geoff's issues were likely due to his voice naturally deepening and him fighting through it due to fan demand and straining it, plus potentially substances such as smoking/alcohol and/or acid reflux. Nothing unusual. His recovery is likely due to re-training and naturally getting higher again. Also, I had to have a spinal fusion and that surgery often messes up the the vocal chords... mine were paralyzed for six months and I thought I would never speak another word... then they came back... my singing has never been the same... I don't know if Geoff has ever had this surgery, it's not that uncommon.
