How can 1 million gallons vs 100k gallons be a tie??? I know lifespan is 6 years and 10 years but why the years in the first place? Shouldn't it be total gallons run through the system? I'm not sure I'm understanding....

Great video I must commend sir. I operate a plant with about 500,000 litres daily and have an aeration, sand filters, softener and UV. It gets clearer but later in the storage tank, the color changes before being sent to the residences as well as the build up of bacteria iron clogging my pipelines, this demands lots of flushing daily to address. What do you think can be done to avoid this happening in storages?
@aquaprofessor

@@gabrielgabulism2840 I think the issue is because of incomplete iron and manganese removal during treatment. You can use air injection oxidation or manganese greensand for high iron levels instead of just aeration.

Hi, I have a water softener that I have rented from Culligan for 25 years. The previous owner of the house had also rented this same water softener for at least 7 years. So that means my resin is at least 32 years old! I have asked Culligan about replacing the resin tank with a new one but every time they tell me that there's nothing wrong with my resin. That I guess it lasts forever and there's never need to change it. Now I have read online that the resin is good for 10 to 15 years. Culligan always disputes that. Can you tell me what your thoughts are on this? Do you think that resin can just last forever as they claim? Every time I've asked them about this they have sent someone out to test the water. And say oh it's fine. But quite frankly I have really crappy water. I'm on a well in the country.

Sorry not my experience with an Aquasure system. The tank started to leak a few months after I bought the unit. After many photo of the unit and where it was leaking they agreed to replace the tank. At an expense since I needed to hire the plumber. Fast forward to now and it is leaking again. Aquasure blames it on freezing temps, I live in a warm climate. They offered 20% off a new tank? Oh the same tank that has leaked twice? $200 plus the plumber. Also there is an extensive salt residue on everything pots and pans, toilets, faucets. I am stuck with it for now. It says to replace the filter when you get a reading above 000. But I'm getting a CHEMICAL taste, not a fishy taste or smell. And my meter still says 000. The water I'm filtering prior to zerowater filtering tastes perfectly fine. So I'm drinking some chemicals introduced by Zero water? FWIW, the water has been perfectly fine for the last 4 months. If I use the old filter to pre-filter a new filter, will the new filter capture these chemicals? Someone suggested using the old filter to pre-filter, to save money. But it seems like the filter itself is introducing contaminants.

If you, (yes you reading this), didn’t know, Jesus will fulfill you more than anything in this world, I speak from experience (from when i did Romans 10:9-13), he loves you and wants to be in a meaningful (not romantic) relationship with you. :) “that if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.” ‭‭Romans‬ ‭10‬:‭9‬-‭13‬ ‭KJV‬‬ “and saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent ye, and believe the gospel.” ‭‭Mark‬ ‭1‬:‭15‬ ‭KJV‬‬ If you want proof that Jesus and the Bible are true look a documentary called “Ron Wyatt discoveries 2022” on KZbin, "Eucharistic miracles" on KZbin and/or Google, and a KZbin channel called Expedition Bible. They both examine archeological sites and discoveries that prove the Bible, and even reference secular sources. (Just don’t convert to 7th day Adventism after watching the documentary, as it's debatable wether it's even Christianity or not.) And lastly if you don’t know the gospel and want to be saved search up “abc’s of Salvation Teenmissions” on Google (I linked it too) and it should be the first or second result. When you click on it read the whole thing, and do what it says and have faith in Jesus while you are doing it, do not doubt, and if it is hard for you to do what it says, ask Jesus to help you, have faith that he will, and he will.

I have an Aquasana Rhino whole house system. Note that the video shows the capacity of 1 million gallons but states 100,000 gallons which is incorrect. I recommended the same unit to my friend. He bought and installed it with the salt free tank as well. Unfortunately, his well is at 18 for hardness. He decided to remove the Aquasana and replace it with the SpringWell. The only real difference in the two systems is he added a water softener unit which solved the problem. Both systems use carbon for contaminate removal and both have prefilters. I have used water softners in the past and do not like the way the water feels. I also do not have high hardness incoming water so I am happy with the Aquasana. He also purchased the RO system for his drinking water. I took mine out due to bladder biofilm issues that happen and replaced it with a Multipure Aqualuxe filter.I will take the taste of my water over his any day. My suggestion is make sure you test your water before you buy and know what the filter system will do.
