Freaking awesome. THANK YOU!!! I could not find this info in the owners Manual. Played with menu in the Control panel. Who would have thought to press the gas and brakes at same time. Engineers are too smart for their own good. Thanks for the video!!!

this video only demonstrates threads being cut. There is more "bolts being made" than cutting threads on round stock. Glad I could teach you something. @@AusAuto

@ yes, unfortunately shorts are only 60 seconds long and to my knowledge the production of a bolt takes longer then 1 minute. This is a step in the process of taking round stock and turning it into a bolt. Glad I could break it down for you in case you got confused. Have a blessed day!

@@fitzdawg821 auction guy here. We had Ford Motor Company executives that talked to us from time to time and they liked to repair these Fords and Lincolns that had damage. They had been daily rentals and were usually in good shape.20k on miles would be average. Point is that one of those execs told us that stamping dies wear and occasionally you could hit a spell where in the process of stamping that's one basic structure parts might not fit well and they did manufacture Somes vehicles that would not measure up to minimum standards. Not all cars are measured, hence, you can have several cars slip thru that were out of structural alignment. Also knew a Ford rep that bought a new F 250 that right bedside had been worked on. Pretty shitty work to boot.

Thank you for this simple demo. As an Autistic, I hate Technical Writers and have only met a couple of good ones. The manual's 2 step process is really a 3 step process then. It says to turn key to ACC or OFF with odometer reading shown. I was trying to figure out how to get the odometer reading to show once I turned it to ACC or OFF because that's not what normally happens. Instead it's, display odometer reading, then turn key to ACC or OFF. Then hold reset button, turn key to ON. Keep holding button until odometer displays 000000 and light turns off. Order of operations is important for instructions. Starting condition, then state action. Not, state action and then note starting condition. Thank you for your help!
