Wow, I have seen this episode already, but after seeing you guys watch it, I realized something I hadn't realized watching it before. Pan is reaching for the starts is kind of like a foreshadowing of her going into space in Dragon Ball GT, it was a good call back because in GT, Pan wanted to go with them so bad, but wasn't allowed to, but ended up going anyway accidentally, so she has had a fascination with space and the stars since first seeing the night sky in this episode.

I don't think they were fully in space. They hit the upper atmosphere, where there is still some oxygen. In reality, the air is so thin up there that they would still be struggling to breathe, and they would be freezing from how cold it gets up that high, but...anime logic, i guess 😂

Piccolo is basically a part of Goku family or at least that’s the way I see it. Ever since Z he’s been apart of them because of Gohan if it wasn’t for Gohan changing him Piccolo would probably still be there enemy. I see piccolo as Goku brother and an uncle to Gohan even though Gohan is literally almost as old as Piccolo because Piccolo is really young.

Here's a theory. It seems every time the saiyan blood dilute, it becomes stronger. 🤔 Gohan was a saiyan at a young age, and in theory is crazy strong. Trunks and Goten became super saiyan at a younger age, and now pan became one as a toddler.

Remember when piccolo use to be full on villain? He sure changed. The final boss of the original db was hell vent on killing Goku now a family friend and godfather. Who knew? Especially in the cell saga we see a massive change in him.
