I wonder if there is a different way to showcase a house on KZbin that allows the viewer to digest the spaces better. As a viewer, the second I begin to process the room or space in the video, the video changes to the next room/space. It all happens so quick that it’s unpleasant to watch. A better example would be the most recent video of 359 Gleneagles - between the music and 2 second glimpse of each space, I lost track of what I was even watching and it’s becomes overwhelming. I’m no expert in marketing so I don’t have the answer, but as someone who is out of state looking at properties, these videos can extremely useful for getting a sense of the space without setting up a virtual appointment, but I believe they can be slowed down or edited in a less aggressive way. Thanks!

Pricing is somewhere between 13 and 17 million - and this house was built from fraudulent / embezzled millions - with corrupt felonious bank officers in on the scheme and even the contractors were in on it as well. They've all been indicted etc . . And the deed to the house was apparently signed over to the original investors. And so - make an offer - they just might take it - who knows.

@@brendanwallace5818 I know that, but that is not what she is referencing. She is referencing people that build big houses as being what is wrong with the world. It's an extravagant house, yes. But there's nothing wrong with that (other than the house itself is god awful ugly). I get the guy that built it was a scumbag, but that's not the point. Lots of beautiful places out there are not built by people that are legitimate. People that work hard, take a lot of personal risk in order to succeed.
