I think you performed this when I last saw you at the Sound Lounge; one of my childhood memories from some time in the 1970s was watching the monk flying at Malmesbury being re-enacted (at night!)with the help of a wire strung from the abbey, so I got a particular kick from the song 😊

At first I recognised myself in the antithesis of cool dancing which made me smile and shared the video with my friends of a similar age on that basis. By the third watch however the song really started to get under my skin and I found myself humming the tune. Apart from a "Best of" that I picked up at a gig you did in Bedford some years ago and the sublime masterpiece of Ghost in a Spitfire you had slightly fallen off my radar. You have drawn me back in Pete and I hope I can make it to the Nottingham gig next March. Well done!
