Maybe it is more under financed with her family team not being able to keep her car running from the start to the finish. 410 sprint car racing is more expensive then 358 sprint car racing plus alot of her competitors race for experienced teams with good financial support so Brie has so many disadvantages. She can continue as long as possible to run with her family team but if one of these experienced teams come along and give her an offer she should take it and her family should say go for it. Like I said she would fit well in that 27 car that Devon Borden raced for in the last 2 years. That is another team that had Greg Hodnett race for in their history.

This past Saturday and in late May Brie Hershey had 2 solid top 5 or better runs just to eventually drop out with mechanical issues. Bad luck, low budget and inexperienced team for 410 racing has slowed down her 410 career which she is atleast as talented but IMO more talented than Chase Dietz and Chase Dietz is currently 2nd in the points at Lincoln Speedway and has wins at Williams Grove Speedway as well. Chase Dietz just has better luck and races for a team with a better budget and alot more experience. Experienced teams and teams with good budgets have a better chance of success even if a driver has less talent then a driver that races in a lower budget team that also has less experience. Probably which is the case between Chase Dietz vs Brie Hershey.

My favorite driver, Brent Marks, is just killing it the last 2 years, especially this year and especially in money earned. They easily are making enough of money that they can field another team with that team racing more locally while Brent Marks and Murray/Marks Motorsports travels around the country doing their thing like they have been doing for the last 2 years. If they ever decided to field another team for local racing the PA Posse that I personally would recommend is Brie Hershey driving for the local Murray/Marks Motorsports team. I just think that this woman is their best choice and we would see how much better she is with a well funded 410 sprint car team.

Another tough break tonight for your cousin. Looked like she was going to win or atleast get a top 5 but something happened to her car again and she faded badly to a 12th place finish. Her car looked like it was perfect to drive for the 1st half of the race but in the 2nd half of the race she looked like she was really struggling with the handling so something again went away on her car and yet another bad luck day for her. Brent Marks is having a perfect season and the best of luck this season as well. Brie should walk over to Brent Marks next week for the All Star race at Lincoln and ask if she can rub the top of his head to see if that brings her better luck for the rest of the season, lol! Try anything now joking aside because her luck has been awful.
