This is great, but I think its better that this recap is around 10 minutes like in the beginning. Great also that now send these recaps to our e-mail like during the Darren daily during the workdays.

I love this idea, but it's a little slow paced. Maybe I'm just spoiled with Darren's ability to be brief be brilliant.

This is actually quite a philosophical topic. It all depends on what your definition of success is and in what context. If your only goal is to reach the highest point in your field and make as much as possible then complacency is an enemy. It would lead to stagnation. However if your definition of success is based on survival and providing for your needs and wants then that's different. That stagnation would be your goal so to speak. Adding little things here and there for variety but diverting attention away from being the best and richest to being okay with what you have. I feel like that would be the definition of complacent but not necessarily a bad thing in every case.

PREDICTING BEHAVIOR FOR TRAUMATIC PURPOSES The CIA US Intelligence has been secretly present since they influenced the marital affair of my father, a filipino navy recruiter. Today the CIA controls me while forming patterns one when I post comments about the behavior and activity they plan through remotely given other instructions for me to recognize. The arrogant behavior monitors me online and in the apartment the agency located after influence my parents divorce. In 1980 they guided my father in placing me in a situations overseas. Today the use of remote communication gives my mother now specific instructions to act/ change/ complain as a reprimadable approaches. The other approach by CIA is a mental trigger. This mental trigger is designed through the use of Psychological Association. This mental connect to familiar details strategically staged over the years is planned through what the agency refers as the " GUESS N*GGR GUESS - The hackers observe and pretends as if they are threaten by a minority. The FBI then uses a hacker ap developer who uses the platform to refer to me as a SCHIZOPHRENIC N*GG*R - THE AGENCY POSTED IN REAL TIME WHILE MONITORING MY ONLINE ACTIVITY : " Go take your medictation your schizophrenic n*gg*r ( THIS IS THE ONLINE BEHAVIOR FROM U.S INTELLIGENCE ) The public approach involves the communication and control through intelligence spy-like communication to the ex-wife who the agency originally influenced her ex-husband's marital affair. The offline public behavior by U.S Intelligence guided the filipino navy recruiter to bring his black wife and black child to a restaurant the agency communicated to the filipino navy recruiter and parked the black woman and her child in front of the FEED STORE . The agency and filipino navy recruiter shared a laugh as they degraded the ex-wife and child as animals. Today 2024 : the hacker U.S intelligence plays a form of public form of charades in front ofthe black crossdresser to force the black crossdresser to " GUESS N*GG*R GUESS GAME BUY THE US INTELLIGENCE TO MENTALLY CONFUSE THE VICTIM WHO THE AGENCY INFLUENCE BAITED AND PERPETUATED SITUATIONS TO HAVE THE VICTIM APPEAR AS A THREAT TO CHILDREN. CIA THEN RECEIVES INSTRUCTIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE GUESS N*GG*R PROGRAM IN SAN ANTONIO TEXAS WHERE THE APARTMENT IS PLACED WITH US INTELLIGENCE FBI SURVEILLANCE TO MONITOR THE BEAHVIOR AND ALSO PLAN PUBLIC SCENARIOS BASED ON THE INFORMATION THEY OBTAIN THROUGH THE DEVICES AND COVER EQUIPMENT THE AGENCY ASSIGNED SINCE 1985 WHEN THEY AGENCY INSTRUCTED THE FILIPINO NAVY RECRUITER TO PLACE THE CHILD HE HAD WITH A BLACK WOMAN IN DIFFERENT SITUATIONS. THIS ALSO INVOLVES PLACING THE THE CHILD IN A ROOM ALONE WITH A ADULT MALE. TODAY THE FBI CIA US INTELLIGENCE PLAYS A GUESS N*GGR GUESS PROGRAM ON THE VICTIM THAT THE AGENCY ATTEMPTED TO HARM AS A CHILD AS HACKERS MONITOR AND USE INNER EAR COMMUNICATION TO TRAUMATIZE THE VICTIM AFTER ASSISTING IN THE MARITAL AFFAIR OF THE FILIPINO NAVY RECRUITER AND WHO ALSO HAVE HACKER BLATENTLY REFER TO AS A " N*GG*R THE CIA FBI TEXAS LAW ENFORCEMENT MANIPULATES A GAY BLACK MAN INTO BEING A MASCULINE MAN FROM AN INTELLIGENCE AGENCY WHO IS UNABLE TO BE RESPONSIBLE. AN CHILDLIKE BEHAVIOR FOR U.S INTELLIGENCE WHO IS ACTUALLY AFRAID SCARED AND CHOOSE TO TRAUMATIZE A GAY BLACK MAN EFFEMINATE TO TRAUMATIZE ATTACK BECAUSE United States INTELLIGENCE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE. HACKERS REFER TO VICTIMS AS A N-WORD HIDDEN SURVEILLANCE CONDUCTS MENTAL TRIGGERS USES INNER EAR COMMUNICATION BUT THE AGENCY DECIDES TO MANIPULATE AND CONFUSE A GAY BLACK MAN BUT A US INTELLIGENCE AGENCY AVOIDS IMPLICATION WHICH MEAN THEY AGENCY PLANNED TO AVOID RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR CO-WORKERS RACIST BEHAVIOR . -------------------- THE AGENCY CONDUCTS SPECIAL PSYCHOLOGICAL PRACTICES TO PROTECT AMERICA'S CHILDREN FROM AN AGENCY WHO IS HIDES AVOIDS RESPONSIBLITY - THE AGENCY CANNOT EVEN REPRIMAND THEIR CYBER TEAMS FOR THEIR USE OF THE WORD N*GG*R AND THEY CANT BE RESPONSIBLE. THE AGENCY LACKS ACCOUNTABILITY U.S INTELLIGENCE LACKS ACCOUNTABLITY ON ALL COUNTS ...... Show less

Just 8 K watch with me ? Yeah, a successful life is not for everyone. I was always saying myself and people who I am talking with, "passion is something that can go but obsession is different than that. I am obsessed to success". It is good to hear from someone like you. Thanks for your video. I will watch you more soon :)

Totally agree! Procrastination is more about emotional distractions than willpower. I started creating a focused environment, and it really helped me stay on track. Humor also plays a big role in shifting focus when things get overwhelming. The Sense of Humor Improvement Program by Habit10x helped me make humor feel more natural during tense moments. Manage distractions and embrace humor-it makes all the difference. Stay focused and take that first step!

Some feedback: I love the recap and lessons from the week. The format is also great as I like the back and forth generally. However, one minor thing that hopefully could be tuned down in the AI is that the second AI not actively speaking says "ah, OK, sure, oh wow" and lots of other interjections after just about every point or comment from the first AI. It breaks the illusion because real podcasts with multiple guests usually don't interject after every single short comment. Could you tune the AI to at least let the actively speaking AI voice make several points or speak for several seconds before the second listener AI persona interjecting an "ah, OK, I see, wow" or whatever comment? It would go a long ways toward sustaining the illusion and help the flow of the podcast. Otherwise, good content as a way to recap the week of lessons.

I have always struggled with anger , resentments, and unforgiveness. I have been working on it with a therapist and 12 step sponsor, and it is getting better. I was told that resentments only hurt you, not the wrongdoers. I had to write down my resentments and how they affected me to see the damage to motivate me to let go. I also had to write down my part in the resentments so I could see where i was in the wrong, make amends, change behaviors, build my character and reconcile relationships if appropriate. Obviously there are some situations you don't play a part like if you were abused. I really get into psychology and human behavior so I like to understand why people act how they do for example mental illness. It helps to have compassion on them and to wish them well. This is NOT justifying or condoning it just helps to understand, have compassion, and wish them well. Its also not good to get revenge, not only because of consequence but they will get their karma and there will be justice. If it motivates them to change and make anends be happy for them.
