Did we pretend it was not really real. Sticking our hearts in the sand on hold,when we ignored it we could rise above our hearts felt emotions but it was etched in our minds and memories. Emotional attachment bonds that were obvious though we thought it would go away if we focused on other things in our lives?But an open wounds untreated get worse not better. I did this as well but eventually thought do not worry he is happy like I am just with someone else.
