Yeah, it's sad. Due to covid a lot of us UA customer care are also laid off or forced to have early retirement...

Are other airlines still shipping? I thought all airlines suspended pet cargo shipping.

I just purchases a dog out of state, but cant get shipped due to covid flight suspension. Hopefully everything goes back to normal.
