@@jvgreen27 double check the aircraft number for each part of the trip. Look up the list of planes that can accommodate your pets crate (every airline is different). And each airline will have their own requirements and list of documents you have to bring, so definitely find that list and double check everything as well as sizing and ventilation requirements for the actual kennel.

@@jvgreen27 the aircraft on one of our connecting flights wasn’t able to take our dogs! We had called and asked multiple times if they were good to go and every time we were told everything was good.

Things can change suddenly especially with PCS season coming up but right now, it seems to be pretty accurate!

No, just hook ups! I believe all base housing at Lejeune only comes with hookups.

Pretty much right away depending on the housing! Once you accept the house & the lease is signed, they'll give you an exact date and time when you can come pick up your keys 😊

It took 6 months from the time we applied! They told us 6-9 month wait so we had a backup plan. Definitely get on the wait list if you haven't yet & have a backup plan. This housing is super popular and has the longest waitlist 😅

Hero’s is nice but we just moved & we got a newer home in midway park. I think they are the only housing area with single homes instead of duplex. We got a single home & it’s all open floor with 3 beds 2full baths. Fenced in yard & 2 car garage our wait list wasn’t long at all. I just thought that’d help. I don’t think a lot of people are familiar with midway park.
