I have studied your course with a bit of Lag sir, But I’ve completed it, should i give the exam before 24th of July or Should i wait for seventh edition to come and then take my exam Because I still have lot of practice to do…

Hi Joseph Very interesting and thank you for sharing your tips with us. For my part, I use the MS Outlook calendar and the "to do list" app to get stuff done. I usually plan my day the night before, and to overcome procrastination, I use the small increment delivery technique (Agile). I do things incrementally until I reach a big milestone. Also, I've just started using the promodoro technique. Once again, thank you for your video. 😊

Your qualifications up to this point will dictate which certification you should pursue to begin. If you do not yet qualify for the PMP, I recommend starting with the CAPM. As a Technical Team Lead, you have a good start, and the CAPM will give you an excellent knowledge base for the project management principles and foundations. You can also pursue the PSM certification, but I would recommend the CAPM certification first.
