I did notice that you guys listed what length they are good for from tie rod to tie rod so I can measure and double check myself now if you guys are unsure

All you have to do is Rotate the drag link down

@@synergymfg so I tried that by undoing the pinch nuts pulling the drag link down and tightening it up. However once they installed either the stock stabilizer or the fox one it pulls it back up where it contacts the sway bar. I will try again myself tomorrow. I haven't contacted cjc off-road yet but I'm hoping to have a resolution.

We only tested them on the 4WD cab and bed and not what vehicle you have. We have not had someone install one of those on your type of truck before

Any track bar/sector shaft brace you will find on the current market will not fit the new 2024. We are in development for 2024 compatibility since we found out the frames changed quite a bit.

​@synergymfg wait... what. Are you telling me the bracket I just bought in July 2024 isn't going to fit. Is that why I'm at the point in my install where I'm grinding the welds for a long time and it still won't fit because the bracket is wrong for my 2024 jeep JL willys?

8869-04 has the new single bracket design for more durability and strength and also comes with our new sealed bearing option vs the bronze bushing which requires greasing

So we based this product around the stock differentials just because there are to many aftermarket diff covers out there it just would be to hard. So we can't confirm that it solves that problem

If you're doing springs and shocks only, no. If you are changing out any of the steering components or track bar, then yes.

The Adapter Slug is pressed in just like the stock Rod End and for most cases this press fit is what is doing the retaining. We have seen that this hole gets beaten up from multiple installations of the Rod End, so we included a snap ring as a redundant back-up to the press fit for peace of mind in case your hole has been wallowed out from multiple Rod End installations. The snap ring is rated 19,200 lbs thrust. If you apply that much force onto the track bar you are either bottoming out on it and need to adjust your bump stops/interference, or have been in a nasty accident.

If you have a dropped pitman arm bracket as well as a dropped track bar bracket it will work

@@synergymfg I have no idea what I have. I bought the truck already lifted. It’s got a BDS coil over lift and the sway bar is dropped but I think my drag link and tac bar are both extended not dropped. The drag link currently on the truck is 1 solid piece that’s why I’m looking for something else because my tie rod is bad and I can’t replace just the end. Do y’all have drop brackets for sale that match these steering parts ?

@@DiscordCriminal Well if you bought it like that and it sounds like you still have stock steering, then most likely it has all those drop brackets. A lot of lifted Super Duties over 4" of lift will have to run all those drop brackets to make their steering work. I would take a look and see if you have those brackets.

If its the -04 part number than it is.

After you make the wheels parallel, you drive the vehicle on the road and adjust the drag link so that the steering wheel is straight unless you are doing this on an IFS vehicle. Is that the case?

@@synergymfg Yes, IFS.

@@seeya205 So you would need to use the plates on one side to first set the steering wheel straight from rear axle to front axle using a laser or long straight edge. Once that is complete, you would have to then make the 2 wheels parallel. If you hear in the video when we get to IFS, we mention IFS is super complicated and this will get your vehicle close enough to get you to an alignment shop
