Grilled or boiled banana leave smells good and makes food taste more delicious. There are many types of banana in my country Indonesia : pisang (Indonesia word for banana) ambon, pisang raja, pisang kepok, pisang tanduk, pisang uli, pisang mas, pisang barangan, pisang batu etc. Banana is best grilled.
