Thank you for uploading this video my brother. This chainsaw should work perfectly for what I need to cut. I think I'll buy it and give it a try.

Just wondering why mine dumped all the bar oil out when i moved it to my new house 20 minutes away. Grabbed it out of the back seat and it just puked out the oil on my brand new driveway. Is it toast or can i save it? It's barely been used even. Please let me know if you have any info and thanks.

I cam for the review but find myself cringing, hoping he doesn't slice the cord or drop that li.b on the ladder while he's cutting. SAFETY is PRIORITY ONE.

I will give you a little bit of advice when using a chainsaw on an actual tree you want to cut the branch so that the weight of the branch is not mashing down on the chainsaw blade or you will find yourself in a very dangerous predicament never ever cut a tree branch off of a tree in the manner that you just cut those branches. When cutting a large branch with weight on it, you should notch out from the bottom a shape and then cut the branch from the top so that when it starts to fall, it falls away from the blade and doesn’t pinch the blade in between the two cut pieces of wood.

Excellent advice as you can tell I have never done it before. City advised me I needed to take them down, and the quotes i got were pricey so took matters into my hand. Thankfully nothing crazy happened as researched proper techniques and worst cases but I certainly fell short too. The other tree I did, I used all the techniques you mentioned. Appreciate you watching, and your for your solid advice.

I'm not trying to take down whole trees. Just twigs, shrubs, weeds and bushes so it should be perfect for me. Looks about right for quickly chopping through yard overgrowth.

Thanks for the review. I got the ryobi version and ended up at the same assessment. For a quick maintenance cleanup this does the trick but once a week or whatever you gotta pull out the corded vac for the deep clean. Once we get rid of our carpet then we will be able to get rid of the corded plug too. Also, for your house, you might wanna try a robot vac as well. 👋

Some constructive criticism. I'm not a pro, but here goes: 1.) always read the manual. it will give tips on cutting, using wedges, etc. 2,) never cut with the cord underneath where your blade is 3.) never cut tree limbs from a ladder 4.) never cut with kids or pets near you 5.) you used small engine oil? unless you know something I don't, bar and chain oil is recommended 6.) a 9A 14" chainsaw prolly won't do well on logs over 8" in diameter
@justinsanders1125Ай бұрын
I have this model almost but the 9A . It worked decent for about maybe five times. I had to pop the chain back on... but when I moved about 20 minutes away from my old home old home, I loaded in my back seat and when I pulled it out it dumped all the bar oil on it brand new driveway. I don't know anything about chainsaws, but should I try and fix it or toss it?? If you have any advice I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

This is my daily driver and it’s one of my favourite underrated civics out there. Cheap, reliable after taking care of it and I’ve been loving the process of modding it into track rocket 🚀 can’t wait to see more of this :)
@Pro46drift Жыл бұрын
Underrated for it’s class for sure. Bro i’ve got some videos i have to put together on it but the car immediately went into the garage after i bought it so didn’t really drive it. Took it out recently and have been driving it occasionally and grin the size of the grand canyon when i get home. It loves the higher rpm. It’s going to be a track car.

I' cut down Tall Bradford Pear trees in a blizzard with a 16" gas chain saw. One had fallen fell through my step-children's window. Another was atop my house. Someone stole. it Years later, I need to cut down eight holly bushes. I hesitate to buy another gas chain saw. When I saw the price, I figured this would do the deal. I recently purchased it from Walmart for $40 to save a few hundred bucks from having a tree service do it. I think it will do the job. I wouldn't have tried using it in the blizzard.

Only way to combat the 2 hour charge time is to get Hart's 40v Rapid Charger of course I was able to get mine free cause when I bought my Hart mower they had the registration promotion to redeem a free rapid charger when you bought their mower and it charges my Hart batteries in under a hour only took about 45 minutes for a full charge so huge improvement

Used it for about an hour and a half on Ash trees and it outperformed my expectations. ((The Ash tree was dead, as most of them are in PA, but I beat it up and it was up for the task))
@Pro46drift2 жыл бұрын
Wow! Did better than mine did because I believe mine are ash trees as well. Two dead ones and the small one I Started on is still growing. The one the killed it was from a piece of the dead one. I also think it was my method that may have contributed to it. I have a Hart 40V cordless going to make a video on soon. Thanks for watching sir.

The reviews for this thing are fantastic. But I’m disappointed it couldn’t handle your plush rug. I have majority carpets over hardwood or hard flooring (something i massively regret having two long haired, constantly shedding dogs) my carpet certainly isn’t plush but I need something that’ll do a good, fast job. I have an excellent, strong dyson animal upright but for maintenance it’s a bitch to pull out for quick clean ups in between the heavy duty, yank everything out and deep clean days. Btw, thank you for not cleaning your house ahead of time. It’s good to see a real, lived in home (much like mine) unlike other reviews where clearly they cleaned prior.
@Pro46drift2 жыл бұрын
Haha, we live and use our home 😂. I’ve actually come to really like this cleaner for the quick pick ups here and there. I use it daily. Battery (20v) could be better but nothing a second battery wont fix. I sure wish I could just use this for all but the plush carpet is just not having it with this cleaner which is fine. I have a bigger cleaner I use for it. Thanks for watching and your feedback. Take care my friend.

I’ve got one. Not bad for small stuff but let’s face it. It’s a Walmart special. Don’t try and cut 18” logs or whole trees. It’s good for trimming and branches. Also keep an eye on chain tension and oil it!!!
@SandiHagan2 жыл бұрын
We started with the Hart lawnmower, then the weed eater, and continue to add to our Hart collection. Most of the batteries are interchangeable. This vacuum uses a different 20v. Takes 4 hours to charge. Lasts a while. Does a good job. Plenty of attachments so you can get the jobs done that are nearly impossible with a traditional vacuum. The brush is full of hair. That is why the red light is on. Just pop out the brush and use the included comb to clean it. Pop it back in and continue vacuuming.
@Pro46drift2 жыл бұрын
Excellent, the stick has grown on me. I use it just about every day for quick pickups and such. The battery last me a few days of short burst use. Next is the 40v chainsaw, i need to take down a tree. Hey thanks for your feedback and watching. :)

@Pro46drift2 жыл бұрын
Wish you would’ve said something last week. I just pitched it last week clearing the garage out. Would’ve been great content. But if I remember correctly, the middle of the saw a plastic piece i believe you can screw that tighten the chain, if you unscrew it all the way it’ll give you more access to the chain. Good luck

That depends on what you are cutting down. If a small branch let it do the work with lite pressure applied.

Did you push the oiler button? I just got one but I noticed where you put the oil in, its a bubble. Should we press that to make sure it doesn't lock up?

No, i believe its just a soft top incase you need to prime it. But i don’t recall any reason why you will need to prime it. Good luck and be safe.
