Hello! Thank you for the feedback. Be sure to use the settings you see at 3:15 and that you are using Cycles render engine, it won’t work with Eevee. Let me know if you still need help 😊

How you make the background? Thanks for your tuto. Very very interesting
@maba3d6 ай бұрын
Hi! Thank you for your comment. As for the background, I created a plane, extruded one edge on the Z axis and added some bevel to the middle edge. Then I simply used shade smooth 😊

Sorry but if this is a tutorial it's not a good one. There is no audio and how is anybody supposed to know what functions you are selecting. Audio would greatly help

Thanks for your feedback. The keys I’m using are showed on the left side corner, on the bottom. My new uploads have a voiceover and so will do the upcoming ones 😊

@@maba3d I can see you know your stuff. You handle blender fluently. I totally understand when it comes to using intensive programs the flow of things are very high paced. If you include audio and perhaps emphasize the keys used with larger sized fonts it would help. Of course I'm viewing this video from a phone as well. On a computer I could imagine it being a bit larger. Either way you do great work. Get back to us with some audio 😜😁😁

Hello! I divided the artwork in different layers, using photoshop. Saved them as separated PNGs and re-assembled them in Blender, one behind the other. The animation of the stars is made by animating some vertex with shape keys 😊

Donde selecionas el snapping te aparecen otras opciones que no me salen a mi, es algun addon?
@maba3d Жыл бұрын
Hello! Thank you for the interest in my work. For the snapping, make sure to toggle “backface culling” and “project individual elements”. Also, I toggle “in front” in the object options, under viewport display. So the topology shows and doesn’t hide under the high-poly mesh. I also used a shrinkwrap modifier.

This is good, but what if you want to make a fence for example, with different styles of wooden planks, or wooden structures. Would you have to create a texture for each plank? wouldnt be better to make a procedural wooden material and use it for all planks? Just asking as i started using blender a few weeks ago, usually i buy my assets or hire a designer but wanted to explore a little bit into blender to make some of the objects for my games.
@maba3d Жыл бұрын
Thank you for your feedback! This is only a simple approach to it. I usually make simple 3D illustrations or scenes, and I tend to paint my own textures like I did here: kzbin.infoGHpJeIEfTd0?feature=share this is more to give it a “cartoonish” look, for example. When it comes to bigger works and such things, you are right, procedural texturing is 100% the right approach.

If you're gonna make a tutorial atleast be specific with your instructions especially the simulation part. If you can't do a voiceover better show some text.

It depends on what you are looking for. Ocean Modifier is surely the best when it comes to creating bigger and more realistic scenes. This is just a little workaround for simple lowpoly ☺️
