there's a deep throat in the x-files as well, an informant like the real-life one and also a reference to the watergate scandal as this one was. you may laugh but the first meaning for that term was a high-level government informant/whistleblower, the sexual meaning came decades later

The name comes from the pseudonym used by an informant during the Watergate scandal in the 70's. Its a reference, the identity of this informant was debated and speculated on until it was ultimately revealed to be Mark Felt who was the informant, and his identity was confirmed, 3 decades after the Watergate scandal. Interesting read if you feel like looking into the guy.

If Red Dead 3 were to actually be announced, it wouldn'tbe on some random new site. They'd reveal it at an event and wed see leaks maybe a year in advance of release. With gta6 coming along fairly soon we probably will see a red dead game after, unless they suprise us.
