Maybe I'm confused but wasn't the Gospel a intervention into humanity. True we must choose to confess Christ and Repent be baptized

Hi @wadewithcoffee1207! Thanks for the opportunity to interact. Yes, God intervened into humanity by way of sending Jesus for the sake of humanity, one individual at a time--not en masse. Each person must exercise their free will to choose Jesus as Lord and Savior or not. Literally "gospel" means good news, and the gospel is the message of the opportunity to be spiritually reborn through faith in Jesus, thereby becoming eternally reunited in relationship with God the Father by the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the Good News by way of His life, death and resurrection which satisfied the debt of sin we owe, but have no ability to pay. Jesus, the Second Person of the Triune Godhead, is our substitute and willing sacrifice in our place. The gospel is the very best news and opportunity any of us can ever have, and it's offered to us by God who is motivated by His great love for us in everything He does. Thank you Pamela for featuring Barry...we have been tapped into him for the past 5 yrs and found his words to Canada to be a beacon of light to navigate by....helping us to maintain a strong Faith and focus especially during the dark days of C19. The fear was rampant in our little community of less than 3000 very rural farmers and naturalists that thought we were hidden and undetectable.....NOT SO! Since then we have lost many family and friends to unexplained illnesses and it is rapidly increasing into all age groups as many are of the mind that the jabs are for our good and safety. YIKES! Such blindness and deafness to Truth and the LORD GOD's Love and plans for GOOD. I can count on one hand those who have the same focus as myself and it saddens me to see the resistance to talk about what is REALLY going on in our corrupt governments.....and to hear that God is desirous of our intentional partnering with HIM to bring forth HIS will on earth as it is in Heaven thru our own mouths and words. Keep up the GOOD WORDS of the Lord....to God be the Glory!

Thank you Joy! We have all been caused to learn so much truth--which we want-but is hard to take in. So very sad the vast majority of us had no idea of the extent of the advancement of evil--and we're still learning about more! I'm so sorry for the losses in your community. I learned about Canada's reality mostly because of Barry, and of course there's evil and corruption worldwide. I'm grateful to know Barry through the podcast, he is the real deal. Grateful for knowing you now through the podcast too! The California fires have been horrific. I'm south east of the impacted areas, but the winds were fierce. A 75 foot 40 year old Aleppo Pine in our front yard blew over and into our house. Considering how bad it could have been, the damage is minimal. Yet, learning of the extent of losses of others here, is extremely heart breaking. Yes, let's keep one another fortified in the faith confident in God's promises.

By current series I mean the first part of my interview with Dr. Scott played last week, the second part is playing this week, and third will play next week. But each week I have a new podcast sometimes the same guest more than one week. I appreciate your comments.

Thanks Michaelt5 for listening. Because I only recently managed to connect my podcast to Google, no one here knows I've been at this for three and a half years. I'd have to check that it's truly the last 10 minutes only about my books--I think it's about my books and the products and services people can avail in support of my work. As is true for everything, there are costs associated with producing podcasts that would be nice to be shared by those who are benefiting. To this day, I have yet to come close to recovering 25% of my hard costs, not counting my time. Hopefully this statement helps you know I am NOT in this for the money. Rather having been in ministry for close to 30 years now, I want very much to be a source of trusted truth for my listeners and readers. I hope you become a regular listener.
