Most shops around here prob charge $500 if they say they will be removing intake and NOT do that and charge for intake removal that's fraud and I would know if they removed intake and only pay them accordingly unless they want there shop all over the news and internet for a overcharging on a false labor rate.

I have a microswitch in my Thermadore gas range. It's called air interlock switch and is operated when the fan kicks on and moves the a lever to actuate the switch. Its a safety feature to ensure the fan is working and cooling the system board. Part is suppose to be sold by Thermador and got the bad news they no longer make the part. Told the part out my self and found a Cherry E22 microswitch made in Mexico. Found used ones on ebay and attempted to order them. First seller mailed it but it never got to me. No one seems to sell a new one. The ones on Amazon are not a exact match for the E22, 3 amp, 1/10 HP. After seeing your video, I may try opening it to clean/fix it. Looks like the button is stuck in the down position due to grease buildup. If it works it will save $5K replacing a stove. NEVER buy a Thermador, they have screwed many owners bu no longer selling the parts.

Is the repair easier if the blind is hanging or lying out on the floor???

So, when you get the two blinking yellow LEDs on the heater control--the RECIRC and AC button LEDs--this is what you look into? Mine started doing this back in late June, when I needed my AC the most in the heat of southern Idaho. Some joker in a minivan forum said the actuator was within the lower center console, close to the driver's gas-pedal foot. Couldn't find anything there. I now see where yours is, gonna give it a try on mine. But I'm angry at Chrysler for putting a metal arm with a hex protrusion into a plastic gear's hex recess. Guaranteed fail, with all that torque load. Hit me back with the blinking LED question, I do appreciate this. Thanks!

Not sure if you’re monitoring this or not. I have the exact same microwave you’re working on. When I try and use it, it keeps telling me to open and close the door. I rebooted it several times and the error still remains so I think it’s the control panel. Do you agree?😂

This hood latch is in the same spot as most any car. Can't believe so many of yall couldn't find it.
