I did the 5k today it was my first ocr I definitely should’ve did the 15 but I had great fun Edit: I’m so sad, every obstacle I wanted was on the 15k😭

Thank you, the course is a lot of fun. Even if some of the obstacles are challenging, it's just a good time being out there and trying!

what obstacles are mandatory?

All of them are required in the infinity group. But 6 obstacles you can fail, and do a punishment exercise at the finish/starting line. I think they were (i don'tremember cute names): the first monkey bar/rope obstacle 53s in, the vicks vapor rub cloud 2m38s, electric eel 3m10s & electro shock at the end, monkey bars 3m17s, and either the ice bath or the other hanging obstacle with rock holds. I don't remember now which had a penalty attached. Basically if you failed all 6 you would be eliminated. But could fail 5 and keep going each lap.

@groundupnj there is savage race and savage blitz race. I'm just trying to figure if 3 miles will be to short and may be some cool obstacles will be excluded in it as well. Thank you for replying!!

Thanks. As for the Muk Jong, it definitely reacts interestingly with the springs. I'm toying with an idea to make the arms a touch more rigid.
