Hi Fatma, the last time I spoke to you, you came back with the response of… that you spoke with Mr. Soner and had admitted I had a misfortune and yous excepted your part of why that happened and explained your part honestly. First off I would like to say it is totally unacceptable for the “misfortune” mistakes that were made on my treatment. To say it’s also a physiological condition is very wrong on your part. I can’t make all these mistakes up in my head and it has nothing to do with me trying to get use to my “new teeth” as I explained I had visited two dentist here in Ireland and both gave lots of examples of what was wrong! The amount of infections, root canals, antibiotics and pain relief I’ve had to be on from the time I started my process with yous is crazy! I cannot eat, chew etc since having them done through your clinic and this is because the improper shape on the grip of the teeth. I had an infection the first time and yous said it was because the implant could have failed, to then coming to yous in the second visit and yous said it didn’t (to which after the second visit yous later admitted there was actually an infection that I was not made aware of nor did yous admit it while I was there) I said on many occasions on the second visit to the dentist the teeth did not feel right and it felt like the crown on the implants was coming off. I flew home a day later and on the flight home I was in so much pain and the crown implants came off on both my lower ones and my upper ones. Again I mailed yous straight away! My face blew up and another infection set in. I had to go to my local dentist for antibiotics and pain relief and he warned me that treatment needed to be done asap. I sent that to yous along with the Xray and I was passed around so many different people telling me they were going to pay my flight and accommodation to come back over. I sent my passport as requested by your staff and still nothing. My local dentist had to send me to another dentist here in Ireland that dealt with my kind of teeth and he had to do two root canals as it got so bad at a cost of €700 each and to place the implants crowns back on which cost €125 each. He also said that the grasp was not right and so much work had to be done to correct the inaccurately shape of the teeth. The top front ones started to come away because of the infection and he had to manipulate it back in as best as he could (this pain was horrendous!) I could go on and on about all the things that are wrong. The amount of gaps between the gums and teeth are crazy! I even have to push down on some just to keep them in. I questioned why my teeth were shaved twice ( when they should only be shaved down once) and yet yous still couldn’t answer that question when it was put to yous? I spent a lot of money with yous and was passed around so many people and time going on that I had no choice to get the second dentist here to sort the infections and root canal treatment and replacement of the crowns on the implants that has cost over €2000 this is absolutely not except able. This is not a physiological reason to this, it’s simple poor work, poor job done. The more time that past with yous supposedly sorting out for me to come back put fear in me and after seeing so many people in the group with problems with their teeth and the response they received both by staff members and clients was deplorable! And yous ask me to trust yous and have faith in yous, that’s just so bizarre and so unprofessional with the way things have been handled. I asked yous to do a refund and yous declined this. I have just come back from Kusadasi on the 6th of August. I went to get independently checked by a clinic there as the dentists I visited in Ireland wasn’t good enough for yous to except. They have said that my lower implant on my right said has failed and the one next to it is ready to fail. Now I am not naive to know this can happen but yous said they are perfectly fine on my second visit. They said that all my teeth have to be replaced. That I would now need 6 implants on my lower jaw because when they take the bottom crowns off that my own teeth underneath will come off with them with how harshly they were shaved down to practically nothing! All my upper crowns have to be taken away and replaced, as I explained again this is because the teeth and there shape and grasp are not fit for purpose. This is at a cost of €6300 I have been quoted. I will be seeking legal representation to assist me further as I feel I have gave yous the benefit of doubt to do the right thing. I can’t even begin to explain the amount of pain, trauma and exhaustion I have had due to all this. I also told yous I am due to renew my vows on the 27th of September,t his was my reason to finally get the courage up and get my teeth done….. it truly has broken me and has heightened my fear now of getting the teeth done. Yous state and say dentafly is a family which is very untrue, yous are the service providers and I am the client who has been late down so harshly by your practice. Kelly Gibbons

Smile Dental has not renewed their international accreditation, so I unfortunately cannot comment on that, however in most respectable dental clinics these days you should expect same day crown or implant procedures, and guarantees are typically 5 years on crowns / bridgewortk and lifetime on implants. If they don't offer this, I suggest you choose another clinic.

Never get Dental work in Philippines - we got scammed! Our dentist was an unqualified implantologist - check with Philippines Dental Association - hes listed as a violator!

I am sorry to hear about your experience - that much have been terrible. If you'd have chosen one of the GCR accredited dental clinics like the ones listed in the video, you would have been sure that you were treated by master implantologists with a degree in maxofacial or oral surgery. That is the reason why GCR exists, to help people like you make a more informed choice of clinic. How did your case turn out in the end?

@@CoultonShaw Oh wonderful - the dentist charged us with cyber libel for negative online post, and "employed" corrupt prosecutors, so we decided to withdraw our civil case, in exchange for our good name back - the Philippines is poor for a reason, its corrupt! The good news is, we found a great dentist in Florida, and he fixed everything - and is now teaching this case at the University, warning of going to Philippines for dental care!

If you've chosen dentafly, then you're in good hands especially if you mention that you appreciate their GCR accreditation and that it gives you extra peace of mind that the clinic has been checked according to international standards.

most if not all clinics offer packages like this - the only thing they can't purchase are flights, because they would have to become travel agency if they did so and be regulated according the law that allies to such companies. Remember however, the "add ons" are not the no.1 thing - the outcome of the treatment is - be sure to make that your no.1 criteria when choosing a clinic abroad. I hope that helps!

yes, Sani Dental uses interoral 3d scanners to map the teeth in the mouth instead of conventional impressions done from moulds.

There is too little information in your comment to give a precise answer, however dental operations under sedation in a single session are quite common in European clinics, and I would encourage Rajan Dental to continue in this way, as it means less visits and sedation for the patient overall.

You're right. In our studies so far, "popular" does not equal "best result" - we measure the expertise, facilities, services and patient outcomes of the clinic to get the safest choice for the patient - not the "popularity" of the clinic. I hope that helps!
