How does the transfer fee in Delaware work? Is it based on the total price of the property? I've seen different rates.

Yes. The transfer tax in DE is paid on the total cost of the home itself. 4% in total. This is typically split 2% and 2% (buyer paying half and seller paying half) but some builders may try to put this whole tax, on you.

Overrated greasy trash. Crust is frozen when shipped from commissary to locations. Overpriced. Most inland locations charge 23.99 for a plain large.

I currently rent in NJ, and the rent steadily increases about 7% year over year. I have never been to Delaware before last weekend, but over the past year, I've practically watched all of your videos and determined that Kent County feels right for me. Trump can't save anything. No one can. The only thing that couls ever be done to save the US is to lower spending to like 1.5 trillion and have a 2.5 trillion surplus for debt repayment over 15 freaking years. That is NEVER happening. It's just... the more I sit down and think, the less possible it is. Will he be good? Probably. But he can't do much about the debt and its interest. By 2050 it is game over on that debt. The sad part? Whatever the solution, whether now or in the near future, our generation is the one who is going to take the hit. The US already doesn't have the american dream. And we still haven't taking any measures to actually fix the problem. The DEBT.

I'd avoid Millsboro. The cops there seem to think it's lawful for them to just stop anyone they want and demand their "papers." Then they threaten to escalate if you don't hand over your 4th Ammendment Right to protect your identity. The cops there are ignorant and bullies.
