A big thanks to Dr Payne. I came across his Dummies books by accident and they are wonderful. I graduated as an Alignment based yoga teacher. Am in my mid fifties, still love to move my body but I do experience change myself too. The book gives me great excercises as one day we all grow older. I have been asked to teach senior people. At first I had my doubts. Now I feel grateful to teach senior people. My students are truly amazing, they are very dedicated and I get such lovely comments when class is finished. A big lesson for me : we cannot forget senior people. All bodies need to keep on moving in a gentle way at any age. I truly hope to improve myself as a senior yoga teacher 🙏⭐️💫

the only thing I would say is diaphram breathing is not belly breathing, the chest wants to expand. after all that exercise its alot easier.

I like Wim Hoff because he has 28 World Record using the techniques he teaches in Wim Hoff Method. I believe he is the only teacher in the World at present who has practically done everything he is teaching. He walks the talk and that has made millions of people in the World to follow. I believe you agree with me. That gave me so much confidence. Top Boxers, Top Tennis players and Top Champions use his methods every day and it is working for them.
