The pronunciation on this video sounds like qìn. Is it not pronounced Qín? Kind of in between or combination of the "i in chin and hint of "ee" in cheek and with with an up inflection (2nd tone). I am just learning, so I may be incorrect.

I tried a raisin congnac that just blowed me away. Im not a drinker but it had a flavor that i just cant explain. Its like trying a honey-pear, or honey-peach brandy thats got a completely different depth of spice and flavor that just has to be tried to understand. I used to run a 3 brandy and ive had a lot of people to ask me how and ive told them and they fail for the fact that it has to be done in a series of steps that they are to quick to try and cut out.
