@@ssqct It is a traditional yomogi (mugwort) mochi, so it has a slightly earthy, herbal flavor with a soft and chewy texture. The sweetness usually comes from the filling, like red bean paste.
年末最終日だけ販売される蟹塩ラーメン。 食べログ100名店に何度も選ばれている西の横綱と名高い和海(なごみ)さんが、この日だけは和海日和(なごみびより)に看板を変更して特別メニューを販売します。 限定100食を求めて、朝の8時にはお客さんが整理券を求めて集まります。 全て蟹を使ったメニューで、蟹塩ラーメンのほか、蟹オイル混ぜ玉、〆のスッパ雑炊を注文。 次食べられるのは一年後か〜。 普段の塩ラーメンも極めて美味しいので、行ってみてほしい。 Crab salt ramen is only available on the last day of the year.
