I was at this concert with my mom and dad when I was 11 year old when it got quiet I was the one who screamed out I love you Joan Jett and she replied saying thank you I love you to

I never understood why he didn’t just end the album with ‘Color Me Blue’; it was a perfect ballad, but it was followed by the only ‘meh’ song on the album (‘The Last To Know’).

Donnie is simply King Cool. You could not be from Cleveland and not wish you were (King Cool), listening to this if you were 16, 17, 18 like my brother & I were in the early '80's.

My Girl is my favorite Donnie Iris song, but this runs a close second. It’s a bit hard to listen to because it reminds me of someone who used to be very close to me. It’s so heartbreaking...

Oldpinkfloyd69, this song starts out pretty strait forward and then ends on a Donnie Darko Psychedelic throw down insane asylum!! and it's a love song!!..................................then it slips into Madness...........................genius if you ask me. I love it!!

@@oldpinkfloyd69 Thanks for commenting - and thanks for posting. It was this post that convinced me to go out and buy the CD. Was listening to it in my car (yes, it's so old it has a CD player!), just this weeks. Folks like yourself help keep these great tunes alive.

This isn't one of my favorite songs from the album, but it's still a great song and it showcases Donnie's versatility as a singer. There is not one bad song on this album! Same is true of Back on the Streets. Actually, there isn't one song I don't like on any of his 4 albums released by MCA, but the first two albums are in a class of their own.
