Not impressed at all for the price and what I was expecting. The place looks dull and outdated for a Penthouse. Looks just like a regular condominium. I am sure Brisbane has a lot of other places that are nicer and more modern that this dull Penthouse.

Australia must be very flat when she speaks as if 700 meter is quality elevation if inland. 3.5- 4k feet plus is where the air starts to nicely cool and you can enjoy the altitude weather differences. 20-30 degrees plus in comparison to the lower elevations. You get sporadic mountain showers, and snow, which wont fall in the lowlands of this region. I live in Arizona and nothing beats the high country.

To be honest, the house itself, although nice, is a bit too grand for my taste, but the property itself, more than compensates for that.

My Financial Consultant is *ROCH DUNGCA-SCHREIBER* . I found her on a Kiyosaki interview where she was featured and reached out to her afterwards. She has since provided entry and exit points on the securities I focus on. You can run a quick online search with her name if you care for supervision. I basically follow her market moves and haven’t regretted doing so.
