They sound like the kind of people who have an “idea” of how they want it to be but if they tried to put it in practice would fail miserably. Like most management, supervisors or people who think they know how ot works but probably has no clue.

If your experienced, start your own business or distributorship. I’d your new. Break in, get some experience, 3+ years, and start your own company. Newer companies struggle unless they hit on a great product. Usually your looking for a new position 2-5 years. If it’s a great product you’ll know, as the company will get purchased by a mid to large company. Then your pay will likely change. Big companies; many tend not wanting to pay for performance like they use to. Top tier reps use to make a minimum $200k per year. In some cases $500k per year. That was 15-20 years ago. Rarely does that happen anymore. Top reps might make $200k+ but it’s always short lived, because they will either split your sales territory or increase your quota to the point your more likely to lose business versus gained. Most Med companies try and pay an average $130k to $150k per year with top reps $150k to $200k. $200k per year used to be average pay and now almost mandatory if living in a big expensive metro city. Depending on what your selling. Be a strategic thinker. As an example: If your selling Cardiology products, you will want to have a territory in a large Cardiology market such as Texas. Rarely would a top rep come out of Seattle or Portland where people eat much healthier. Nothing worse sitting in an awards ceremony and having the entire South East win everything selling Cardiology products in the largest market in the U.S. Should be based on sales growth, not volume.

My registrar GP said that only half the registrars will get through. How is that fair? If a person passes everything, how can they be failed? We need our doctors.

At my doctors surgery 5 doctors left at the same time, leaving 2. Had to get a locum on-site to assist with patients.

Hopes for Big Pharma? Really? After the biggest scam ever perpetrated on humanity was done by them. Experimental gene therapy done on humans for a serious influenza, in which no personal responsibility was accepted for adverse reactions, is abhorrent and unethical. Add to that it was practically forced by employers and government. Vaxx passports were at first laughed at and called conspiracy theories, which turned out to be imposed by employers and government, using corporate mainstream media to push it. Disgusting. The pharmaceutical companies involved in this should be held to account for this travesty.

Yes! Soon, the health care profession will be over 80% women! Far too many men are still there though
