yes you can hear him in the video say that it is not. I think it was some sort of plastic on the prototype. He says keep it light and simple, so not sure what that means long-term. In another video that I am posting now, Dr. Know It All is overheard asking Franz about the outside material and he basically would not comment. My guess is that they will likely use metal on the final version, but they haven't yet locked in what it will be. Probably some sort of steel alloy similar to CyberTruck. Something else that I did not notice at the event, but is very apparent to me today in reviewing the Merch that I purchased, the color is a very light gold tint, not silver as I first thought.

I haven't noticed that. I do have a chirping noise that comes from the inverter. A lot of Cybertruck owners have complained about the chirping.

It's a good start for FSD on CT. I'm sure Tesla will have it working as good as FSD on the cars in a couple of releases. Does it have ASS as well? or just FSD for street?

I really like the stainless look and it hasn't been too difficult to keep clean. I do like the Matt black wraps, one of my neighbors has his wrapped in Matt black. I also like titanium and stainless steel color wrap.

Check the Cybertruck Order Now on Tesla’s website and look for the section about PowerShare Home Backup “Upon delivery, you will receive a $2,500 Tesla Shop voucher via email to purchase the wall connector and powershare gateway, along with instructions for coordinating with a Tesla Certified installer. Installation not included.” If you decide not to use the voucher for PowerShare, you can buy $2500 worth of other accessories using a one-time purchase. This is for brand new Cybertrucks purchased directly from Tesla. If you purchased used, you are most likely out of luck unless the original owner was kind enough to include the voucher.

If you're going to make a video just a pro tip make sure you don't have a beeping smoke detector in the background I've listened to it for 12 minutes it's driving me insane. I love your video and your doing a great job but I can't hear anything anymore beyond those beeps.

@@ceribeasto5602 mine is an AWD. Not sure if you know that after watching the video and just being sarcastic or not LOL. But I configured my AWD on April 1 and took delivery May 27. I thought about getting the BEAST but honestly I would probably only do the launch a few times because I am very frugal and do not like to put the wear on my tires, but the main reason that I didn’t get it is because I do not like the Alcantara on the dash. You should get yours soon and owning it is surreal.

Just saw another video where driver had same issue. Turned out to be a dirty brake switch, It's the switch that allows the car to start when you apply the brake and push the start button. It was an intermediate issue, sometimes the car started, and other times it wouldnt. He cleaned the switch, opened the contacts alittle and reinstalled it on the break pedal. It fixed the issue.

For those wondering, it turned out that the new battery I purchased from the local auto store was not working correctly. The local Nissan dealer installed one of their batteries and car worked normally. I sold this car shortly after that. But the Leaf is a great car!

Yes, the problem was the battery.. although it was a brand new battery it was apparently bad or something. Finally the local Nissan dealer gave me no other option than install one of their batteries and that fixed the issue. I was able to get a refund on the first one from Autozone even though I had it for 3 months.
