We don't add cumin powder to beef shayia dish, I think you meant ( add a TS of corriender powder). Cumin powder in Sudanese cuisine is used in certain dishes ie, fava beans and fish. Thank you ideed, I enjoyed watching !🙏🏾💌

The soil of lebanon gives that fresh fruits , vegetables and farming . So if you eat it in lebanon the cuisine is prime. However Lebanese food is still good in canada or Australia or europe. Just my 50 cents. Further they say the soil of Palestine is top notch and can't be beaten where the olives amd the figs meet the same!

The Narrator is very articulate in stressing the process or procedure on how to prepare or cook the dishes ,especially the salad.I imagined the taste is great.

I want to taste Lebanese dishes, but it's just limited to by watching only through channels.I have seen how it cooked prepared and as I observed it looks great.I hope that someday I can get there. But now that war occurs ,well it's better to just watch on KZbin. And as I observed in Lebanon women are not restricted on what to wear. It's ok if they wears shots sleeveless dress or pants and not even wearing the Muslim traditional Abaya and Veil. And women, ladies, and girls look beautiful and men too look handsome. Thanks!

@basharalhashimi2680 it is a rich meat stew that we eat, and we eat it with Kisra. Furthermore, kisra is a fermented thin bread made with either Wheat and Durra. In my home we also have Mullah with rice which is great

Korean food is not heavily influenced by China, Japan, and European countries. How Koreans cook is unique and completely different from how Chinese and Japanese prepare their food. What evidence do you have to support your argument? You will need to remove the statement, which is misleading.

Mexican here and esthusiast of cooking, and that pocho don't know how to Cook mexican, Oliver oil was expensive, and Even existed a law that said that oil could be only produced and importe it from spain, the same happened with wine, so in here we used pork lard, and recently used other neutral oils that let the flavors not change, and i can go on and on.
