I noticed you wrap the tortilla roll in a plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before cutting them... Is it ok if I leave the tortilla roll overnight and cut them in the morning instead? Will the food taste different?

I've bought a made Kabanos but want it to be very dry. Should I put it in oven for 3 hours at 50 degree Celsius ? Or higher temp/more time ? Thank you

This is my favorite food. I also recommend skipping the tomato sauce and putting sour cream and soy sauce on top. It's sooo good.

Bad job on washing the lettuce. Snails will kill you. Eating rat lung disease is no joke. Besides that, the lettuce warps look good. Much love from Hawaii. Aloha
