so there isnt much scope related to Cybersec here in Nepal being a cybersec student myself. there are handful of companies. you can count it in your palms. Or you can do bug bounty here in Nepal which a lot of people are doing in Nepal and also earning a lot. But if you think of going into a company and earning as a employee. that is quite unreasonable. Here in Nepal, the only security audit is mandatory for banks and no other institution. So the scope is quite small. And cybersecurity is not just about bug bounty. its about network pentesting, cloud pentesting, web pentesting, AD and many more.

Yes, the cybersecurity field in Nepal is still small. Bug bounties are popular, and some people make good money from them. But cybersecurity is more than bug bounties it includes things like network, cloud, and web security. Hopefully, more companies will see the need for cybersecurity in the future.
