Gorgeous video! You really got the feel of the song. And Kenny Altman, who wrote it, agrees!! He’s sitting right next to me. Thanks for the nice work.

Glad you like this song, but it’s the wrong picture. I played and sang on it with Larry and Lance; Charlie Morgan, Lane Hoppen and Fly Amero we’re not in the band at the time or on this recording. Thanks, John Hall

Yes.... definitely wrong photo. This tune is off the Ride project. IMO probably the strongest material post the 70’s.

A Jesse Colin Young tune, used to have the album by JCY. As soon as I heard Fogelberg and Weisberg covered it, I knew they would do a great job. And they did.

It was not until after my brother, Richard "Cado" Castanieto had passed two days prior to his 58th BD that my I discovered that defuntu Cado--siting front & only one not looking at the camera--collaborated on this album. #GOD richly blessed my brother so he shared his talents with family & friends whenever he had the chance. #HeavenBound #HuGuiyaHaoCado

Played on that album, and toured with Rick . He was a good brother and fellow Chamorro. An still playing with members of that same group today . I wondered what happened with him. Sorry for your loss!

Aloha. It is with sadness that I write this. Bruddah Rick was an amazing and awesome guy. I met him through the program and we hit it off right away. He played guitar, percussions, and sang backup vocals. We played all over Kona and did a couple of gigs on O'ahu. I had no idea that he had left us. Sending blessings! Love you my brother. See you when I get home!

Yes, as Randall Miron pointed out, playing this one among others, to my former Music Appreciation & History students left even the hardcore rap and hip-hop lovers commenting that there was some really nice "old" music out there. Some even bopped in their seats or asked if they could get up and dance. Mission accomplished!

Cecilo and Kapono - My mom and dad would play their music in our car all the time growing up as a kid back in the 80's. It'too bad C did the stuff he did. Uncle is one talented guy. I would pay to see them perform together again in concert.

Last night I saw you fighting back the tears In your eyes And I must think it comes to me as now surprise That the part of leaving Is going through your mind Remember what we have is rare And very hard to find Until you believe I will try my best to show you What we have is real Until you believe I will try to reassure you To make you feel secure Until you believe Believe in me I know That you won't finding feeling deep within yourself Why can't you take the best of within on the shelf 'Cause I can never be unfaithful I would never cause you pain I promise you you'll never Be on your own again Until you believe I will try my best to show you What we have is real Until you believe I will try to reassure you To make you feel secure Until you believe Believe in me Giving up on you would be Like giving up on myself I know you're heart will guide you But could use a little tale I wouldn't sing out perfect No we all make mistakes But I'll give you my very best I'll do what ever it takes Until you believe I will try my best to show you That what we have is real Until you believe I will try to reassure you To make you feel secure Until you believe Believe in me
