I drive 80~90kmph with my versys 650 on highways. My riding style is exactly similar to yours, and I truly agree with what you are saying regarding cruise. And I get milage between 29~33kmpl.. (tank to tank as you did). And my friends do not believe me. One have duke 200 with 32kmpl, and another has dominar with 26kmpl😂

Getting touring seat additional I don't understand what RE is doing. If you are making a bike for touring purpose then your seat has to be by default of that sort that matches the design. I know original seats have off green shade and the touring seat is black. Himalayan is already costly investment and then not providing basic accessories as part of bike. Fully money mindset of RE. Not thinking from customer point of view but pure business. That's why Himalayan sales have declined

I also heard there is wobble experience in highway when you tilt the bike for turning

With 27 Celsius temp outside, the Himalayan is always around 100° Celsius. Is that normal ?, Fan kicks in very often. Coolant level is at max (factory coolant). Thanks in advance

Thanks for pointing out the issues, Sure they are genuienly and true, I too have Hanle version of the same machine, I had the same experience of having the "REAR Sensor" failure in the first week of purchase during the first of week of July 2024. The fit and finish of the machine needs more improvement and what are the people at the factory end doing after all we have to spill over 3.5 lac +++ the accessories close to 4 lac and RE is just not bothered to take these little things into consideration. I did face the second issue of overheating and did not heed to the warning.

I have seen RE Himalayan with cross spoke wheels in Germany and USA they are excellent for long drives and off road riding, it's been a year that RE said will release cross spoke wheels but do they released now?

I bought a transalp after a very long debates in my head, the reasons being 1. Service centres 2. Weight 3. Perfect riding triangle 4. More affordable service cost 5. Better wind protection 6. An option to install the african twin's tubeless rims 7. Better foot pegs position
