I found this very interesting because usually when couples or multiple people try foods the ratings given are not too far off from one another. Even if one likes it a little better, the numbers are not so differing. I’m glad u all stepped out of ur comfort zone and tried “our” food.✊🏾I put “” because it just doesn’t look like authentic Ethiopian food, nor would an Ethiopian actually give u yellow rice as an option with our stews/sauce. If an Ethiopian gives u ur choice of injera/rice, it would have been over plain white rice. I’m curious as to which state/city ur located n what the name of the restaurant is. Anyway y’all are a cute couple n humble couple! God bless u both😊

I'm furious with the restaurant that sold you this food by claiming it as Ethiopian food. Without Injera, it's not Ethiopian at all.

As someone born and raised in Ethiopia, I would absolutely would like to tell you, this definitely is not ethiopian food. We Ethiopians do not eat rice as our national dish. We eat rice but it's not our national dish. You should try those sauces with Injera ( not rice), like it is supposed to be. The flavor combinations is different with injera. The restaurant u went too, should be embarrassed if they selling that as Ethiopian food. Definitely not ethiopian owned or they don't know our food at all. Please go to another authentic Ethiopian restaurants, you would love our food.
