Could you comment on what 3d printer you were using and the media? You seem to have a very smooth finish. I am about to dive into 3d printing to try and create something like this for my puppet. Your design is really well done. You have something to be proud of! Thanks for sharing.

For this project I used my Zortrax M200 and their Z-ABS filament. Some people don't like it, because it uses proprietary software for slicing, but when I bought it, I was looking for a printer for semi-commercial use and at the time it had the best ratio price - performance I could find (and it hasn't let me down yet).
