I quit smoking because of the smoking factor. I still do edibles few times a week. Cold turkey is not the best way to go about it. Im 53 burned heavily for 40 years. It was time to get my lungs back.

I owe so much to weed, but I had to let it go- here is my little story I got addicted couple years ago, basically used it to run away from bad stuff (emotions, sadnes, boredom etc) and after a while I realized that weed kinda cured my anxiety, It acutally made me to accept myself and who I am and for the first time I was able to be ME, in front of other people colleagues, girls even familiy members... I was growing up (the most) awkward and socially wierd guy I know of, and I saw some wierdos before somehow weed gave me the confidance and along the way I worked some social skills and I acutally got laid for the first time dude, met a chick at work, banged her for a while... I was winning bro people wanted to hang out with me all the time, other chicks digged me, bro I was beyond myself... - and then I decided to quit, and now I am miserable, sad, havent slept properly for 2 months, speaking of confidance it no longer exists, It was sadly all a lie... 3+ months since last smoked, this is for sure darkest path of my life, but i hope it gets better.

I apply the foam by making parts in my hair, putting some on a paper plate and use a q-tip to get some of the foam and apply it directly on the scalp. The foam is so much better than the liquid, but due to the cost, I only use the foam twice a week-on the day I wash my hair.

Really good video. I just started minoxidil foam s couple days ago (25 yo.) and this seems like a good way to apply it. The first time i did it i got it Alllll over the ends of my hair, and it looks like you avoid that, somehow. Brought the brush, its worth trying out.

Women are extremely hairy also but they just tend to not accept their own natural physical appearance. I have body hair and would never shave it for no woman, EVER! Be a man grow it and don't feel disgusted men, if she ain't with it move on.

There is a YT channel The Hair Loss Show, which is done by two doctors who treat hair loss. One of them, Russell Knudsen was involved in the minoxidil trials in Australia. He says the instructions that come with the product are the same as was used in the trial. But, he has said for example, applying once a day is enough for both me and women, and the product absorbs quicker than the instructions suggest. The Hair Loss Show has done many videos on minoxidil, but one from a year ago on the side effects of minoxidil covers a lot of info about it, including the time it takes to absorb.

Almost 120 days and I don’t know if I wanna continue. Definitely some benefits, like less depression, more energy, and being more in the moment, but I also been more jittery, impulsive, and less able to focus. Might alternate weeks after I reach 120, I don’t know yet
