Hmmm. I grew up there. My father owned a bodega on Hancock Street in the early seventies for a few years. I left in '79 (I was 22 when I left, ...grew up in the same apartment for over twenty years), ... just curious, ... how's the crime rate there these days (had some spotty areas when I lived there)?

2" Schedule 40 galvanized pipe and floor flanges. Any plumbing supply but, you'll need a cutting tool for the pipe which should be all pre-measured before the install. Best to use a solar panel installer. Make certain that you have as close to an east west sun-path with (obviously) southern exposure. Your angle of declination should be approx. 25 degrees. The video pretty much explains everything else and you can see the installer's name and number if you look! Regards,...(Joe Pesci)

99% of the video useless talking *for those caring their time:* two motors (2x250 - this is worse than a cheap china gyroscooter) 20mph (32KM/H MAX) (which is true but mostly it will be 20 km/h) battery: 10s (36v) 5ah - this is a gyroscooter battery, this info was very hard to find. and as i can say it is reeeeal bad battery. 20 miles (32km) RANGE actual range as i noticed from the video should be 20km at best which alligns with the battery info i digged down from the web. !the most important: NO SUSPENSION - you can see 6:10 how he suffers app - shows you 0(ZERO) information about the battery condition. useless settings. PRICE: OMFG THIS COSTS A TON. also about the brakes. there are litteraly none proper brakes except for the electronic e-brake that basically shorts the coils in the motors with PWM modulation which i cannot figure how bad are based on this video. (tho from my experience they cannot be adjusted in a proper way even from factory so you cant rely on them) the only thing he seems to show is how he uses his leg to step on a back flap. basically this is a cheap scooter that was branded, adverted a ton, has ZERO proper scooter things|

LOL Thank you for the direct feedback on the length ~ If you read this and feel the same please like this comment!^ (it was also a good reminder to add my time cards) Re:price ~ this costs less than the MTA if you ride it 10 times per week for work commuting purposes only. The new system with OMNY is not helpful if you do not scan it more than 12 times which is quite useless for me. So in comparison to every other option I have available. This is NOT that expensive. It's all perspective. Re:brakes ~ I don't tend to think about 'how it works' but one challenge I've read from other reviews is that the breaks can stop working randomly out of nowhere and that is unacceptable. But what are the chances of this? Hard to say

There are always ways to get involved. What are you into? Start with that and work your way into finding some of the niche interest groups that align with yours. The best part about NYC is that even if there isn't a particular group directly in your community, there might be one just one neighborhood over!

Hi Everett very attractive this neighborhood but I guess its very expensive? Let say a studio 40 square meters.. what would be the least you pay? Thanks!
@eznycrealestate Жыл бұрын
Yes it will be generally more expensive to purchase or rent here in comparison to other neighborhoods. Assuming that size converted in USD you're paying about $850+/sqft; HOWEVER this currently is down from what it was just a few months ago.. so currently it is less expensive to purchase in Park Slope now than when this video was initially posted!

Best solution; vote out Democrats. If I had a unit available why would I want to rent it out; stuff like this makes you want to stay away.
@eznycrealestate Жыл бұрын
I wish voting any particular color could make problems go away; however, since we both know that isn't happening any time soon.. 😅 Passive income with one of the safest investments we seemingly still have is a GREAT reason to rent out your unit! We also need more housing and more landlords who are willing to take on the risk for the benefit of building wealth and creating opportunities for others at the same time.

I get an unlimited metro card with a significant discount through my employment, but recently it stopped working completely. I called the help number and they will issue me a new card, but it will take 3-5 business days. So in the meantime I'll be doing this OMNY payment until I get the new card. Hopefully my transit check will start working with OMNY soon so I don't have to deal with the same annoyance that this guy did.
@eznycrealestate Жыл бұрын
Employer shared metro cards..hmmm for the amount the employer pays to give you these cards, Im wondering if it would be almost easier/cheaper for them to issue out some kind of reloadable card for you that you get to keep and is automatically reloaded every month! Just a thought.
@christopherc8458 Жыл бұрын
@@eznycrealestate I'm not sure. It's arranged through some third party company that works with the MTA. I still pay for the unlimited card, it just saves money because it's taken out pre-tax.
