I just recently got one of these 100cc 4 stroke engine kits, and the kill switch on the throttle and the motor itself are both not working. Any tips on how to fix it?

I had that motor and the piston arm broke at the joint (which is aluminum by the way), and I didn't even put 100 miles on it. Keep the clutch lubricated AT ALL TIMES and replace the cheap aluminum internal engine components with quality ones. It was fun while it lasted, but the not so powerful 49cc and 53cc 4 stroke engines are more reliable (the ones with the t belt torque converters). Still, they get about 28-40mph consistantly after break-in period

Can you put a 2 stroke on that fat tire bike & have chain clearance without it rubbing on the fat tires? That is, if the engine could inside the frame. I seen fat bikes with a jackshaft kits but can't remember if I seen one without needing a jackshaft kit.

I bought an " RK TAKASAGO 415H" chain 🔗 comes in yellow box..It's considered a good brand of chain by many motorcycle riders. I haven't used it yet but you can tell just by looking. That it's much better than the stock China chain & it weighs a little more. But no matter what chain u use. If the sprocket has a wobble or misaligned. It's not gonna last. I learned that hard way when the engine mounts gradually woked loose.

Sadly at 300lbs along with the engine weight going 40mph.. I predict a cracked frame very soon. Be careful & check frame often. I see 150lb riders cracking those aluminum gas tank frames.

@@Chopperking1977 I forgot to say, you might be able to easily adjust the governor for more rpm by adjusting the wire length on the governor arm. If it's setup like I think it is. Without having to open the case & tear the governor parts out.. One of these years I wanna do a motorized bicycle camping road trip to Stugis..I think it'd be more cool to build a replica 1900s motorcycle/motorized bicycle to ride there. So you'd feel more welcome on it 🆚 being shunned by many Harley snobs for riding a cheap motorized bicycle. Example, I wouldn't want to ride around on a Cheap Chinese Amazon bought moped 🛵 at Sturgis..When I had my Buell I kept telling myself I was gonna go. But then ran into heath issues. I wish I had used a couple vacation days to go years ago before getting sick... I see bicycle/bikepackers who pedal cross country with camping gear on their bikes... I'm surprised more bike packers don't go. You'd be respected by pretty much everyone there. If they realized that you bikepacked hundreds of miles to get there.

Imagine that at like 6500rpm instead of it's around 3500 governed rpm...I believe it's a 56mm x 40mm stroke....I think I'm gonna get this & ungovern it instead of an Avenger 85 for $200..By the time I get pipe made, better carb & cyl head. That's gonna be more than $285 . Your engine would be better suited for long rides, up hills with a heavy rider & last longer than Avenger.

Those tanks are hit and miss from what I’ve seen, whether it’s leaking at the seam around the center, or a stud pulls out or leaks. I got the cheapest Amazon kit a few years ago and never had an issue with my tank personally. I am looking to get this 100cc kit also, I am not sure if I should go with the belt or chain primary, I’ve found both options. I like belts being quieter but chains are less likely to slip or break
