You can try this solution and check if it works for you Let's check/repair your file system... 1. boot to a Ubuntu Live DVD/USB in “Try Ubuntu” mode 2. open a terminal window by pressing Ctrl+Alt+T 3. type sudo fdisk -l 4. identify the /dev/sdXX device name for your "Linux Filesystem" 5. type sudo fsck -f /dev/sda3, replacing sdXX with the number you found earlier 6. repeat the fsck command if there were errors 7. type reboot

I got the same message, however it just proceeded onto the Live version. I am not getting any other errors or running to any problems. Should I still do what you did?

Even with that error warning, there's no need to make any changes if you can operate the operating system without any issues. However, you are welcome to try out the technique I describe in my video. Having said that, you should select Display Settings from the drop-down menu of the graphics controller, experiment with various settings, and determine which one suits your needs. VBoxSVGA works for me, but there might be more alternatives that work for you. Do not panic if you see an invalid settings detected notification in the display settings window's bottom status bar. Instead, click OK to save the settings and restart the virtual machine to test out which configurations work best for you. If nothing works, get back to the first initial configuration setting you had before making any changes. I appreciate your feedback.

In this video, the latest ISO image file, "Win11_23H2_English_x64v2," is used. I can't say for certain that it worked with the Windows 10 operating system because I didn't encounter this problem with Windows 10, but you can try my video solution to see if it works with Windows 10.

Invalid settings detected message shows in the bottom status bar on the display setting window, then click OK save settings and restart virtual machine to see which option works.

If you attentively observe the video and type all of the commands correctly, it should work flawlessly. If not, I recommend deleting the existing virtual machine. Follow my description videos from start to finish on how to install Pop OS in VirtualBox. Then try again; I hope that resolves the issue.

If you have NVIDIA graphics, download the ISO with the proprietary NVIDIA driver preinstalled. Disable Secure Boot in your BIOS to install Pop!_OS. You need to "Download 22.04 LTS (NVIDIA)" Pop!_OS ISO Image (NVIDIA), which is in the download section, and then delete the existing virtual machine. Follow my video instructions from start to finish on how to install Pop OS in VirtualBox. Then try again. Let me know if that works.
