Good luck doing high level keys as healer in PUGs with different comps, different people everytime and no comms. Every top player in the world uses addons. The audio call I use replace the obvious discord call a team will use like "PI me". Finally, as healer you have to babysit alot, especially DPS that don't press defensive when they should. In this matter the default UI is lacking and that's what adddons are for. A problem that I don't experienced that much in arena before so I'd say it's a M+ thing.

It was just my leveling build that I kept because the gameplay was engaging and following GGG new mantra being "we want player to do combo" It's super slow and ineficient, requires good knowledge. What's good about it is only that it's engaging.

on the miniboss without the aoe. Pre radiance to get more penance bolt -> Penance defensive > Shield ('buffed x6 by Woe) -> flash heal. On the miniboss with dot + aoe. Rotate Barrier, Pain Sup and Rapture. The AOE won't kill people but the one with the dot especially with that high ilvl (stamina) 626 is plentyful

I saw you always choose to use radiance first before mind blast !! I think if u need the initial healing its okay but if you dont its better to use mind blast first . It will give you more dps and hps overally

I'm not always doing it. For example on 2nd boss of DawnBreaker I always Mindblast first because the window is shortest and there's the dark orb healing to do. Same thing for Ara-Kara 1st boss, after the 1st one, I mostly Mindblast before. It really depends on the situation.

I prefer Radiance > Mindblast on last boss of City for example. The healing distribution allow me not having to do anything else then resetting bender for next splice because everybody is top that way

The difference is the distribution of healing. Both works better than the other one in different situations.

If you do MB->Radiance your atonement is exactly as long as the final void explosion happens. So you miss the first initial heal from the mindblast dmg but get the later burst. Radiance into Mindblast is the opposite. You will not get the final burst, if you don’t refresh atonement but more healing up front. You can use both methods for suited situations.

Some back to back healing checks requires you that much haste. For example, If you want bender for every poisons on last boss of ara-kara you better have a lot, I wish I had even more. Haste penalty doesn't matter on disc priest because being outside of Void Blast and Bender Windows is basically being useless. Some rules that apply to dps doesn't apply to healer for obvious reason. If I could I'd play 42% haste.

I’ve seen that you use radiance and then mindblast, but I’ve been told to use mindblast first, then radiance so the void rift explosion affects the atonement. Can I know your insights? I’m pretty new to disc and keen to learn as much about this amazing spec 😁

With Void Empowerment you still have atonement fot the explosion doing radiance > mindblast > Dark Reprimand

It depends on the situation. For example, I usually Mindblast before the radiance on 2nd boss of DawnBraker. but it's because I wanna finish topping people from the dmg of the Dark Orb before the AOE.

@@jakubcejka4857 I don't have either. Got sacbrood mythic and changeling mythic in vault so it's best choice with what I have. If I had mythic Gale i'll play it with sacbrood. Not talking about spymaster because there's noway to get it
